The determination of Cu, Cr, Fe, Mn, Ni, Sn and Zn in some Edible oils was performed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The study assinged that wet-dry ashing method using sulfuric acid gave better results than dry and wet methods. Analysis by standard calibration curve and standard addition methods was more precise than solvent extraction method. |
