|a تطوير التجارب النووية الفرنسية في الصحراء الجزائرية يعتبر عملا غير مشروع، وأكتر من ذلك بكثير على النقاط الإنسانية للآراء الفقهية هي عمل إجرامي "جريمة ضد الإنسانية وجريمة إبادة جماعية" وحتى ضد البيئة، لذا يحتوي بحثنا على جانبين مهمين وفقا لهذه المادة؛ الأول هو الجانب التاريخي الذي يحتوي عل أحداث والآثار التاريخية الهامة التي تحتوي على البيانات الأساسية لتحليل هذا الموضوع، والثاني هو الجانب القانوني الذي يتضمن تحليلا ودراسة وتقديم الإسقاط، وفقا للقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الجنائي الدولي.

|d L’élaboration du sujets des essais nucléaire français en Sahara Algérienne qui est considéré comme un fait illicite et beaucoup plus sur le points de vus humanitaire ; un acte criminel « crime contre l’humanité – crime de génocide » et même sur l’environnement ،se sujet contiens deux aspects importants selon cette article ; le premier est l’aspect historique qui contiens des évènements et des effets historique importants qui comporte des données essentiels pour l’analyse du sujet ،et le deuxième c’est l’aspect juridique qui comporte une analyse et étude et faire un projection ; selon le droit internationale humanitaire et le droit internationale criminel . \nEt d’autre part ont a rassemblé les données historique et juridique pour arriver a dévoilé la responsabilité criminel et civil de la France envers les victimes Algériens et L’Algérie selon le développement du droit criminel international.

|f The incidents of French nuclear tests in the Algerian desert is considered illegal, infact based on the human perspective of jurisprudence it is a criminal act, “a crime against humanity and a crime of genocide” and even against the environment. So our research contains two important aspects based on this principle; the first is the historical aspect that contains important historical events and monuments that contain the basic data for the analysis of this topic.
