المستخلص: تتسبب حوادث العمل في فقدان المجتمع لعضو كامل أو أكثر، ويترتب على ذلك إلتزامات إجتماعية لمساعدة أسرة المصاب وفقدان إنتاج العامل خاصة إذا كان من النوع الماهر وليس من السهولة تعويضه، كما يترتب على ذلك إنخفاض واضح لميزانية الأسرة والخوف على بقية أعضاء الأسرة وتضرر الأطفال بالآثار المترتبة عن الحادث كما يجعل الحادث بقية العمال في حالة إضطراب نفسي وشعور بالقلق. \ وتزداد حدة المشاكل على المستوى العائلي والإجتماعي نتيجة خسارة جزء هام من المدخول الأسري وتكون أكثر مأساوية إذا ما تعلق الأمر بالوفاةكما تترك الحوادث آثار نفسية على العامل تجعله يشعر بأنه أصبح عالة على المجتمع في حالة إصابته بعجز كلي، إضافة إلى أنه يجد صعوبة في التكيف مع ظروف الحياة بوضعيته الجديدة، لذلك أولى المشرع الجزائري رعاية خاصة لهذه الفئة من المجتمع تتمثل في إعداد برامج سلامة مهنية وإنشاء هيئات لضمان ومراقبة مدى تطبيق المؤسسة لها، ومدى حرصها على الوقاية من حوادث العمل، والوقوف عند التجاوزات ووضع حد لها فللموضوع شق إجتماعي وإنساني يتمثل في فقدان حياة إنسان وتضرر باقي أفراد العائلة بوفاة رب الأسرة ومعيلها الوحيد. \

Labor accidents makes the society lose one or more members. This leads to social obligations to help the family of the injured and the loss of production of the worker, especially if he is skilled and can not be easily compensated. In addition, this leads to a clear decrease in the family budget and fear for the rest of the family and children suffering because of the consequences of the accident. The accident also makes the rest of the workers in a state of mental disorder and a sense of anxiety. The problems are exacerbated at the family and at the social level as a result of the loss of a significant portion of the household income. It is even more tragic if it comes to death. The accidents leave psychological effects on the worker, which makes him feel that he becomes dependent on society in case he suffers from total disability. In addition, he finds it difficult to adapt to the conditions of life with his new status. Thus, the Algerian legislator gave special care to this category of society. This intensive care is represented in the preparation of professional safety programs and the establishment of bodies to ensure and monitor the extent of the institution's application of these programs, and the extent of their concern to prevent labor accidents. In addition, the Algerian legislator aimed at identifying the violations and put an end to them. The topic has a social and humanitarian side which is represented in the loss of human life and the suffering of the rest of the family members due to the death of the head of household and its only breadwinner.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
