المستخلص: تعتبر البيئة مكون من مكونات الحياة البشرية وتتأثر بجميع المتغيرات والظروف الطارئة والحوادث المتعددة والكوارث المتنوعة وخاصة الحروب, فهي من أكثر المؤثرات على البيئة الطبيعية, وغزة من أكثر المناطق تأثر بمخلفات الحرب, لوقوعها بمنطقة صراع, وتتأثر المباني والبيئة يتراكم أطنان من المخلفات والركام بعد كل حرب تبقى آثارها لفترات زمنية كبيرة مالم يحدث تدخلات طارئة من المختصين.
برزت مشكلة الدراسة البحثية في تواجد كميات كبيرة من مخلفات المتفجرات وركام المنشآت وممتلكات المدنيين بغزة, وتراكم لركام المنازل المستهدفة بالحرب, وإن لم يتم التخلص من الركام شكل علمي فستتكون آثار سليبة بيئياً, ويهدف البحث لتسليط الضوء على المخلفات والركام الناتج من استهداف والمباني وآثار هذه المخلفات على تدهور المصادر الطبيعية, وستتحقق الأهداف من خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للمخلفات الحربية بغزة خلال العقد المنصرم وآثارها على البيئية عير الاعتماد على الإحصاءات والاستبيانات المستنبطة من المختصين.
يصل البحث لخلاصة مكونات مخلفات الحرب علة غزة خلال عدوان 2008-2009,وعدوان 2012,وعدوان 2014م, وتشخيص الواقع البيئي بعد استنزاف المصادر الطبيعية عبر استهدافها من الطيران أو المدافع المنتشرة على حدود غزة.
يتناول البحث العديد من المواضع المتعلقة بالدراسة البحثية كالمفاهيم البيئية، ونبذة عن غزة والحروب والصراع المحتدم خلال العقد الماضي، وتسليط الضوء على مخلفات الحرب وتأثير الأسلحة المستخدمة بالعدوان على غزة، والركام الناتج عن الحرب وكيفية التعامل معه.

The environment is a component of human life and is affected by all variables and emergency conditions, various accidents and disasters, especially wars, which have significant effect on natural environment, and Gaza is one of those areas that has been most affected by the remnants of war, because it is a conflict zone, where buildings and the environment are affected by the accumulation of tons of waste and rubble after each war, the affect of which remains for significant periods of time unless urgent intervention is made by specialists.
The problem of the research study is regarding the presence of large quantities of explosive remnants, debris of infrastructure and civilian properties in Gaza, and the rubble from homes targeted during the war. If the rubble is not scientifically disposed, it will be negative to the environment. The research aims to shed light on waste and debris generated by targeting buildings and the effects of these wastes on the degradation of natural resources. The objectives will be achieved by following the descriptive analytical approach of the war remnants in Gaza during the past decade and their effects on the environment through the reliance on statistics and questionnaires derived from specialists.
The research provides a summary of the components of the remnants of war on Gaza during the aggression of 2008-2009, the aggression of 2012 and the aggression of 2014, and the diagnosis of the environmental reality after the depletion of natural resources by targeting them using aircraft or artillery scattered on the borders of Gaza.
The research deals with many topics related to the research study, such as environmental concepts, a brief on Gaza, wars and conflicts during the past decade, shedding lights on the explosive remnants of war and the impact of weapons used in the aggression on Gaza, and the rubble resulting from war and how to deal with it.
