|a تهدف الدراسة إلى استخلاص الأسس الداعمة لإنجاح وظيفة البحث والتطوير على المستوى الكلي وكذا على مستوى المؤسسة الاقتصادية. \nوتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الشروط لتحقيق وتجديد الميزة التنافسية من خلال وظيفة البحث والتطوير. أهمها إنشاء علاقات ذات صلة وثيقة مع الجامعات، مراكز البحث، الباحثين، مراكز التكوين...الخ والاستفادة من هذه الأبحاث. إضافة إلى مساهمة الدولة في إنجاز مراكز البحث العلمي والتطبيقي الذي يساهم إلى درجة كبيرة في رفع القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات المعنية، وتشجيع الابتكارات من خلال حمايتها عن طريق سن تشريعات حقوق الملكية، حيث تمنح الهيئات المختصة شهادة للمخترعين والمبتكرين (براءة الاختراع) تسمح لهم بحق التفرد في استخدام ابتكاراتهم لمدة محددة.

|f The study aims to draw the foundations that support the success of the research and development function at the macro level as well as at the level of the economic institution. \nThe study found a set of conditions to achieve and renew the competitive advantage through the Research and Development (R & D) function. The most important of which are the establishment of close relations with universities, research centers, researchers, training centers, etc., and to benefit from these researches. In addition to the contribution of the State to the achievement of centers of scientific and applied research, which contributes to a high degree in raising competitiveness of the concerned institutions, and to encourage innovation by protecting them through the enactment of property rights legislation, where the competent bodies give a certificate to inventors (patent) that allows them the exclusive right to use their innovations for a specified period.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
