المستخلص: إن لتنظيم سيرورة العملية الإنتاجية بطريقة محكمة يتطلب من المؤسسة الإلمام بكل عوامل الإنتاج الضرورية لتحقيق البرنامج التوقعي الذي سطرته، والمتمثلة في كل العوامل المادية والبشرية التي توفرها داخل المصنع، أو تلك العوامل الخارجية المختلفة كتوفير قطاع الغيار، المواد الأولية، هذه العوامل تؤثر في العملية الإنتاجية ودرجة التأثير تتوقف علي مدى تحكم المؤسسة في مختلف الوظائف المحيطة بها بطريقة عقلانية، لأنه بصفة عامة يمكن القول أن أنه مهما كان الأسلوب أو النمط التنظيمي الذى تعتمد عليه الإدارة ينعكس بذلك علي الإنتاج وإذا فشلت في الإجراءات الضرورية والمحكمة لتحقيق الفعالية، فإن المؤسسة تتعرض إلى التذبذب أو انخفاض في كمية إنتاجها.

L'organisation de la production en milieu industriel doit suivre un processus rigoureux exigeant de la part des entreprises une parfaite connaissance des processus et facteurs nécessaires pour mener à bien les programmes planifiés, cela implique une bonne maîtrise de facteurs intrinsèques à l'entreprise (matériel et humain) ainsi que de facteurs extrinsèques [connaissance du secteur des matières premières, de la fourni fore de pièces de rechange, Influents sur la productivité et le degré d'influence de ces facteurs est dépendant également du contrôle exercé par l'administration.
En effet, de manière générale, quelque soit la méthode ou le motif de la réglementation appliquée aux entreprises, les mesures réglementaires doivent être appliquées de manière rationnelle afin d'éviter toute variabilité de la productivité, voir d'induire une nette diminution de la production et de la rentabilité.

To organise the process of production effectively requires the enterprise to be familiar with all the production factors necessary to achieve the expected program, it has charted. These factors include all the physical and human factors present inside the factory, or those various external factors such as the provision of the spare parts, raw materials. These factors affect the production process, and the degree of impact depends on the extent to which the organisation controls the various functions around it in a rational way. Because, it can be said, in general, that whatever the method or organisational pattern, the management relies on, is reflected in the production. Whenever it fails in the necessary and effective actions to achieve efficiency, the establishment gets exposed to volatility or a decrease in the amount of its production.
