|a استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الدافعية للإنجاز ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة، وهي دراسة ميدانية تم فيها استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي كونه الملائم لطبيعة الموضوع، وتم استخدام كل من مقياسي الدافعية للإنجاز لعبد اللطيف محمد خليفة (2000) ومقياس مستوى الطموح لمعوض وعبد العظيم (2005) للإجابة علي تساؤلات الدراسة. وخلصت النتائج إلي وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الدافعية للإنجاز ومستوي الطموح لدى عينة الدراسة، كما أن الدافع للإنجاز المرتفع يزيد من درجة التفاؤل وتحمل الإحباط لدى الطالب الجامعي، مما يعني أن استثارة اهتمام الطلبة وتنمية شعورهم بالمسؤولية، وسعيهم نحو التفوق وتنمية روح المثابرة والشعور بأهمية الزمن، يلعب دورا إيجابيا في الرفع من مستوى الطموح لديهم، حيث يظهر هذا الأخير في مستوى التفاؤل، ووضع الأهداف وتحمل الإحباط الذي يواجه طلبة الجامعة، الخاصة في عصر يعرف تقدما تقنيا وتكنلوجيا

|f The study aimed to uncover the nature of the relationship between the motivation for achievement and the level of ambition among a sample of university students. It is a field study in which the relational descriptive approach was used for its appropriateness with the nature of the subject. Both the scales of motivation for achievement by Abdul Latif Mohammed Khalifa (2000) and the scale for the level of ambition by Mouawad and Abdul Azim (2005) were employed, to understand the answers posed by the study. The results concluded that there is a positive correlation between the motivation for achievement and the level of ambition in the study sample. The motivation for high achievement increases the degree of optimism and enduring the frustration among the university student. Therefore, sensitizing student, developing their sense of responsibility, the pursuit of excellence, encouraging the spirit of responsibility and their sense of the importance of time, play a positive role in raising their level of ambition. The latter is apparent in the level of optimism, setting goals and enduring frustrations faced by university students, especially in an era of technical and technological progress. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
