This negative impact can be decreased by implementing advance physiotherapy exercise program to improve the health life of patients. Objectives: To improve and maintain strength, endurance, flexibility, stability of cervical spine and to return the patients to fully functioning and pain free state. Methodology: The study is descriptive cross sectional conducted in antalia medical center, a total of 35 patients age from 30 to 55 years old (male and female) was referred by orthopedic surgeons diagnosed by cervical spondylosis, with symptoms of pain (measured by VAS), functional disability (measured by Neck disability index) and limitation of neck motions (measured by Goniometer) for a period of one month. All patients undergo two stages of treatment programs. The first was traditional program of physical modalities (TENS, HOT PACKS, ULTRASOUND) from June 1 to July 1 and the second program was isometric and Swiss ball exercises from July 2 to August 2. Results: The results showed significant further reduction in pain severity, functional disability (P value= 0.00) and significant further increase in range of motion of cervical flexion, extension, side flexion and rotation (P value= 0.00) after the application of isometric and Swiss ball exercises in stage two. The percentage of pain reduction after the application of isometric and Swiss ball exercise was 137% and functional disability reduction was 110%, also the exercises improve the cervical flexion by 34%, extension by 37%, side flexion by 30% and rotation by 38%. Conclusion: The study show that the application of isometric and Swiss ball exercises after traditional physical therapy program result to better and further improvement in pain severity which it decrease significantly, further decrease in functional disability and further increase in cervical range of motion on all plans.
