تواجه الأم ذات الطفل التوحدي الكثير من الضغوط النفسية والاجتماعية مما يعرضها للإنهاك النفسي الذي يؤثر بدوره على إداراتها لشئون أسرتها وبالتالي إدارة مواردها بشكل جيد. ولذا استهدفت الدراسة الحالية الوقوف على العلاقة بين الإنهاك النفسي للأم ذات الطفل التوحدي وعلاقته بإدارة موارد الأسرة. وقد اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة واستبيان عن الإنهاك النفسي للأم ذات الطفل التوحدي واستبيان عن إدارة موارد الأسرة من إعداد الباحثة واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (184 ربة أسرة عاملة وغير عاملة) وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: 1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة موارد الأسرة (الدخل- الوقت- الجهد) تبعًا لمتغيرات الدراسة (تعليم الأم- عمر الأم- الدخل الشهري- عمل الأم). 2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإنهاك النفسي للأم ذات الطفل التوحدي (نقص المساندة والدعم- التعب المدني- الضغوط الانفعالية) مع متغيرات الدارسة (تعليم الأم- عمر الأم- الدخل الشهري- عمل الأم) وكذلك بالنسبة للضغوط الاقتصادية فقد وجد أن هناك فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تعليم الأم والدخل الشهري للأسرة بينما لا توجد فروق بين الضغوط الاقتصادية وعمر الأم وعملها. 3- وجود علاقة ارتباطيه سالبة بين محاور الإنهاك النفسي ومحاور إدارة موارد الأسرة. 4- اختلف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على إدارة الموارد فقد جاء نقص المساندة والدعم في المركز الأول يليه الضغوط الاقتصادية ثم الضغوط الانفعالية ثم التعب البدني. وقد أوصت الباحثة: بإعداد وتصميم برامج إرشادية للأمهات لتوضيح إدارة شئون الأسرة عن طريق كليات وأقسام الاقتصاد المنزلي، كما أوصت بدعم الدولة لنفقات علاج وجلسات التوحيد.
The mother with autistic child faces a lot of social and psychological stresses that lead her to psychological exhaustion, which affects her management to the affairs of her family properly. So, this study tries to examine the relationship between the psychological exhaustion of the mother with autistic child and its relationship with managing of family resources. The tools of the study contains the general information form of the family, questionnaire about the psychological exhaustion of the mother with autistic child and another questionnaire about managing of family resources from the researcher preparation. As for the sample of the study, it contains (184 working and nonworking mothers). From the most prominent results are the following:- 1- There are statistically significant differences between family resources (Income, Time and Effort) in accordance with the variance of the study (mother education, mother's age, monthly income and mother's work). 2- There are statistically significant differences between psychological exhaustion of the mother with autistic child (lack of support, physical fatigue and emotional stresses) with the variances of the study (mother education, mother's age, monthly income and mother's work). As for the economical stresses, it was founded that there are statistically significant differences between mother’s education and family monthly income, while there are not differences between the economical stresses and mother's work and age. 3- There are financial correlation relationship between the axis of psychological exhaustion and the axis of management of family resources. 4- The factors that affected resources management are varied, as we saw that the lack of support is in the first rank, followed by the economical stresses, then the emotional stresses and finally the physical fatigue. The researcher has recommended preparing and designing guidance programs for mothers in order to clarify managing of family affairs through colleges and departments of Home Economics. Furthermore, she recommended that the countiy should subsidize the expenditure of Autism treatment.
