This vision showed its limits; ICT place employees in a processes network who have nothing with the traditional silos. These processes, that are reflecting business, have to be modeled to be well administered. Organizations must adopt an overall managerial approach encompassing as well as the word of business and the IT word two. Within the CNAS, and despite the efforts made in IT investments, the goals are not achieved yet, in order to give attention to this approach we started the description of processes through the mapping, once established, the models will not only help optimization but it will certainly help to establish a common language between the IT technicians and the users.
