المستخلص: The purpose of this study is to contribute to the business management and public administration in the era of ICT (Information and Communication) discussion, by choosing to investigate on an experience of a world leader; the United States, a country that well known by its strong disseminate ICT & NITC. Our contribution helps to understand the fundamentals that have been behind the development of these tools in the country and to present them to inspire eventual innovative strategies in Algeria. This research presents annual data at the microeconomics level and shows the right and the position of the ICT & NITC sector in the US. Then the epilogue section presents the key factors and the development impact of these tools on the economy and the US administration.
