|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الجدارة الإدارية لقائدات المدارس الحكومية بمكة المكرمة وعلاقتها بمستوي معايير المدرسة المتميزة من وجهة نظر مشرفات الإدارة المدرسية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال بناء استبانة لجمع البيانات مكونة من (٨٩) فقرة، وقد طبقت الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 1436/1437 ه على كامل مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (٢٣) مشرفة إدارة مدرسية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن تقدير الدرجة الكلية لمستوى الجدارة الإدارية لقائدات المدارس الحكومية بمكة المكرمة من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة "متوسط"، وتقدير الدرجة الكلية لمستوى معايير المدرسة المتميزة بالمدارس الحكومية بمكة المكرمة من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة "متوسط"، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين مستوى الجدارة الإدارية لقائدات المدارس ومستوى معايير المدرسة المتميزة بالمدارس الحكومية بمكة المكرمة، والى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة)، كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات.

|b The purpose of this study was to identify the level of administrative merit of the leaders of public schools in Makkah and the relationship between the level of outstanding school standards from the administration supervisors. The research was conducted using a descriptive design. The researcher developed a questionnaire to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of (89) questions. The study population consisted of (23) administrative supervisors in Makkah during the second semester of year 1436 / 1437. Rustles indicated that the estimate of the total score for the level of administrative merit of the leaders in public school in Makkah from the administrative supervisors point of views was average. Also the total score for the level of outstanding public school in Makkah from the administrative supervisors point of views was average. The results also showed that there is a positive relationship between the level of administrative merit of leaders of schools and school level outstanding in the public school in Makkah. In addition there is on statistically significant differences between the responses of members of the study population according to the variables of educational qualification and experience. Finally, the study had a number of recommendations.
