المستخلص: The raw material is means of expression or producing job and more ve used raw realized the individual how to benefit practically from its subject to it first and then controlled and offer something new to the world and then are a lot of these materials which were found thanks to technological progress, and became at the disposal of human anew raw material, one of these material is elastomers industrial such as plastics / cork/ acrylic / polyester /yams and other raw materials, which is consider the source of humans wealth, if discovered and knew its importance .scientific research works on the availability of employment opportunities for youth in small investment projects bring them back economically rewarding through benefit from the remants of materials manufacture located in the environment and the limits of simple capital .cork Polystyrene) has been selected for the following reasons:- 1) raw materials available and cheap. 2) Multiple colors. 3) Ease of composition and mulitechnology. 4) intervention in many small industries The search experience was divided into:- First axis was through a personal interview to a young struggling , who has addressed. some of these raw materials (fork) in the work of small- scale investment projects and knowledge of the obstacles encountered him and how to overcome them ,and factors of success achieved. Second axis Experience it with the students of the faculty of art education, division of art education, where they dealt with sever techniques to produce artifacts, aesthetic and utilitarian to search some of these works. The search is recommended individual interaction with the remnants of over environment and acquisition of products in the work of utilitarian arts return him in good stead in upgrading the physical.
