There are many Global and Reginal Economic Variables, which have direct and indirect influences, especially in the field of money and banks. Central Banks - as a major Monetary Authority in most of countries - have been impressed in some sides, such as: 1 Tecknology Revolution in Satellite Communications, which leads to increase in Elctronic trade . 2 Liberalization of Commodities and Services markets, which allowes some International Organizations - such as "WTO" - to dominate in movement of national trade (Commodities and Services) . 3 Globalization of Capital Markets, which caused money ank banking disturbances in some devoloping countries. 4 Globalization of Productions, which leads to incease the roll of Multi-National corporation, and so the roll of Foriegn Direct In- vestement. 5 Inlarging in Economic and Monetary Union Reginal, which exit International Currency such as " EURO This essay is trying to measure performances of some Arabic Central Banks, and inflences of Economic Variables (during the period 1985-2003) . Also this essay aimed to elucidate necssity of improvement of central Banks, and Monetary Policy - especially in Arabic Countries- to enable this countries to interact and face inflences of Global and Reginal Economic Vaiables.
