المستخلص: This paper discusses how to take advantage Wakf of contemporary investment formulas that represent great importance in the investment process, is interested in this research one of holding banking lstisna'a investment tools. Thus this study contribute to providing a contemporary solutions to invest Wakf funds and the extent of the relevant parties take advantage of through bank contribution to Islamic and presenting appropriate solutions through one of its products, which can contribute to real economic and social development contribution, especially in light of the stagnation of Wakf funds and the difficulty of investing in products modern Finance.
