المستخلص: The Research focused on the high rates of unemployment in Ireland during the global financial Crisis and beyond. When the economy suffered from a crisis in 2010, which reflected negatively on the unemployment rates during the two decades from 1990 to 2010 and reached approximately 15% during 2011. The Research reviewed the Solutions tacked by the Irish government and the action plans for economic reforms programs to increase the growth rates and lower unemployment rates to reach the full operations levels. And evaluated the impact of Irish government policies pursued to reduce the unemployment rates through building a guideline Model’s for Egypt reflects the research findings.
