المستخلص: الكثير من الدراسات العلمية السابقة حاولت دراسة العلاقة السببية بين نظم المعلومات وأداء إدارة السلسلة اللوجستية. حاليا، هذه الإشكالية لازالت محل اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين والمسؤولين على حد سواء باعتبار أن نظم المعلومات تعتبر كمفتاح أساسي لتحسين أداء المؤسسة من جهة، وأداء متعامليها في السلسلة اللوجستية من جهة أخرى. في حين أن نتائج بعض الدراسات أظهرت التأثير الإيجابي لنظم المعلومات المستعملة في إدارة السلسلة اللوجستية، وأنها تحفز عملية خلق القيمة إضافة إلى تحسين عدة عناصر من الأداء مثل التكلفة، الجودة، التوزيع، المرونة، وكذلك الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، إلا أن نتائج بعض الدراسات الأخرى التي اعتنت بدراسة التأثير المباشر لنظم المعلومات أعطت نتائج مغايرة. للإلمام بهذه الإشكالية، سنحاول، في هذا المقال، عرض لاثنتي عشرة (12) دراسة نظرية وتجريبية سابقة، من خلال عرض المنهجية المعتمدة والنتائج التوصل إليها في كل دراسة. بالإضافة إلى ما سبق، فان المقاربة بين نتائج الدراسات التوصل إليها ضح لنا بتحديد أهم أدوار نظم المعلومات وكيفية تأثيرهم في تحسين أداء السلسلة اللوجستية.

Many previous scientific studies have attempted to study the causal relationship between information systems and the performance of the logistic chain management. Currently, this problematic issue remains the focus of many researchers and officials alike as information systems are considered as a key to the improvement of the performance of the organization on one hand, and the performance of its customers in the logistics chain on the other hand. Meanwhile the results of some studies have shown the positive impact of the information systems used in the management of the logistics chain, and that information systems stimulate the process of creating value in addition to improving several elements of performance such as cost, quality, distribution, flexibility as well as financial performance of the institution. However, the results of some other studies that paid attention for studying the direct impact of information systems, gave different results. In order to become familiar with this problem, we will attempt to present 12 theoretical and experimental studies by presenting the approved methodology and the results obtained in each study. Furthermore, the approach between the results of the studies will allow us to identify the most important roles of information systems and how they affect the performance of the logistics chain.
