المستخلص: أصبحت السياحة حتمية وطنية على غرار القطاعات الأخرى ذات الأولوية في الاقتصاد الوطني كما يشكل حافزا حقيقيا للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من خلال دعمه للنمو للتشغيل والدخل بصفة دائمة وكذا اثار التدريب على القطاعات الأخرى. بالرغم من الأوراق الرابحة والإمكانيات السياحية دون نزاع التي تملكها الجزائر الا ان السياحة بقيت دائما تواجه عدة قيود ومشاكل منعتها من التنمية كما هو الحال بالنسبة للدول المجاورة. حقيقة الاقتصاد الريعي أثر سلبا على بروز قطاعات اقتصادية ذات أولوية في مسار التنوع الاقتصادي (الزراعة السياحة
البحث العلمي). يتطلب دفع التنمية في القطاع السياحي في الجزائر حل معادلة متعددة التغيرات..
- تثمين الإمكانيات السياحية الموجودة
-تقوية ودعم الاستثمار السياحي العمومي والخاص
-العمل على وضع برامج تحسيسية تسمح بتغيير ذهنيات وسلوكات المواطن الجزائري اتجاه السواح الأجانب
-جعل الجزائر وجهة سياحية بامتياز.

The tourism became a national inevitable need in line with the other priority sectors of the national economy. It also conducts a real catalyst for the economic and the social development through its support for the growth, the employment and the income in a constant manner, as well as the impact of the training on the other sectors. Despite the Algeria's cards and the tourism potentials without any dispute, the tourism has always faced several constraints and problems that prevent it from the development, as is the case with the neighboring countries. Actually, the economy of rent has affected the emergence of priority economic sectors negatively in light of the economic diversification (the agriculture- the tourism-the scientific research).The development of the tourism in Algeria requires solving a multi-change equation.
- Valuing the existing tourism potentials.
- Strengthening and supporting the public and the private tourism investment.
- Working on conducting sensitization programs that allow changing the minds and the behaviors of the Algerian citizen towards the foreign tourists.
- Making Algeria as a tourist destination with distinction.
