هدف المقال الى القاء الضوء على الذكري الأربعين لإنشاء اللجنة الوطنية العمانية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم. وتناولت المقال الحديث عن بعض الإضاءات من مسيرتها الناجحة منذ انطلاقتها والى يومنا الحاضر. حيث نعيش على ابداعات متتالية تشهد على عمل مؤسسي احترافي تقدمة كفاءات وطنية. وتطرق المقال في عرضة سبب أنشاء اللجنة لتكون مؤسسة داعمة لخطط التنمية بالسلطنة ومعززة لمسيرة العمل الوطني في نطاق تخصصها. واستعرض الأدوار المنتظرة منها لتكون حلقة للتواصل الفاعل والتنسيق المثمر وتمثلت في محورين وطني ودولي. الأول يكون بينها وبين مختلف مؤسسات الدولة الحكومية والأهلية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ذات العلاقة بشؤون التربية والثقافة والعلوم والاتصال والمعلومات. والثاني يكون بينها وبين المنظمات الدولية المتخصصة من ناحية. وبينها وبين نظيراتها اللجان الوطنية في دول العالم الأخرى من ناحية أخري. حيث أشار المقال الى دعم سياسة السلطنة في الانفتاح على ثقافات العالم ومد يد السلام ونشر المحبة والوئام والاطلاع على التجارب المميزة والممارسات الناجحة التي يشهدها العالم في مجالات اختصاصها. كما أوضح المقال العلاقة بين السلطنة والمنظمات الثلاثة المعنية بمجالات التربية والثقافة والعلوم وتمثلت في عدة ملامح منها التحول الكبير في تبادل الأدوار بين السلطنة وتلك المنظمات الدولية. وأختتم المقال ان السلطنة العمانية سعت لاستفادة من أخر ما وصل اليه العالم من فكر وتطبيق. وتحقيق مبدأ بناء الشركات مع مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة محليا وإقليميا ودولياً. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018



The article aimed to highlight the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Omani National Commission for Education, Culture and Science. The article discussed some of the highlights of its successful career since its inception and to the present day. As we live on the successive creations testify to the institutional professional work, which is provided by national competencies. The article turned on the reason why the committee was established to be a supporting institution for the development plans in the Sultanate and to enhance the national work process within its specialization. The research also reviewed the roles expected of the committee to be a link to the effective communication and the fruitful coordination, and was represented in two axes national and international. The first is between it and the various governmental and civil society institutions and civil society institutions related to the education, culture, science, communication and information. The second is between it and the specialized international organizations on the one hand, and between it and its counterparts of the national committees in other countries of the world on the other hand. Where the article pointed to support the policy of the Sultanate to open up to the cultures of the world and extend the hand of peace, disseminates the love and harmony, and access to the unique experiences and successful practices in the world in the fields of its competence. The article also highlighted the relationship between the Sultanate and the three organizations concerned with the fields of education, culture and science, which included several aspects, including the great transformation in the exchange of roles between the Sultanate and those international organizations. The article concluded that the Omani Sultanate sought to benefit from the latest thought and application of the world.
