المستخلص: Malgré la vulnérabilité de femmes rurales à l'injustice sociale intransigeante mais que ces femmes ont mené et jouer toujours un rôle dans le transport de lourdes responsabilités, donc être adaptées vers le développement planifie d'augmenter le niveau de femmes rurales pour le développement de leurs capacités pour qu'ils puissent être la responsabilité de leurs familles et la société, l'intégration de femmes dans des efforts de développement ruraux et améliorer les chances de succès dans la performance de leurs rôles sera inévitablement.

بالرغم من تعرض المرأة الريفية إلى ظلم مجتمعي متعنت طوال تاريخها ساعد في هذا الظلم اعتبارات اجتماعية وعادات وتقاليد سائدة، إلا أنها أدّت ومازالت تؤدى دورها في تحمّل المسئوليات الجسام بشجاعة وصبر منقطع النظير، ولذا يجب أن تتجه خطط التنمية نحو العمل على رفع مستوى المرأة في الريف لتنمية قدراتها وإمكاناتها كي تستطيع أن تقوم بمسئوليتها بالنسبة لأسرتها وعملها ومجتمعها الريفي بشكل عام ،فإدماج المرأة في جهود التنمية الريفية وتعزيز فرص نجاحها في أداء أدوارها سيكون حتما مضاعفا لقوة المجتمع واستخداما أكفأ لقواه البشرية، واستكمالا لشمول التنمية وتوازن اهتمامها، وهذا ما يضمن استمرار عوائد التنمية المتواصلة والمستدامة للمجتمع كله

Although rural women have been subjected to intransigent societal injustice throughout their history, and this injustice has been helped by prevailing social considerations, customs and traditions, they have nevertheless played and continue to play their role in assuming enormous responsibilities with unparalleled courage and patience. Therefore, development plans should be geared towards raising the level of rural women to develop their capacities and capabilities so that they can assume their responsibility towards their families, their work and their rural community in general. Integrating women into rural development efforts and enhancing their chances of success in fulfilling their roles will inevitably be a multiplying factor for the strength of society and a more efficient use of its human force, thus complementing the inclusiveness of development and the balance of its concern, and ensuring the continued and sustainable development of society as a whole.
