|a تتناول هذه الدراسة الدور الجزائري في مكافحة الإرهاب في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، التي تمثل العمق الاستراتيجي للأمن القومي الجزائري، بعد النشاط الخطير والتمركز الكبير للجماعات الإرهابية بهذه المنطقة، حيث تنبني الجزائر مقاربة تقوم على تفكيك أزمة المنطقة المعقدة من خلال الدبلوماسية السلمية التي تعتبرها احد أهم الأدوات لتحقيق التوافق بين الأطراف المتصارعة وإبعاد خطر الانزلاق إلى الحروب الداخلية وفتح باب نمو الإرهاب والتطرف والتدخل الخارجي، كما تؤكد الجزائر على التعاون بين مختلف الشركاء الأفارقة ولاسيما في إطار الاتحاد الإفريقي، الذي تعمل الجزائر على تفعيل دوره من خلال آليات مجلس الآمن والسلم ولجنة الحكماء، هذا إلى جانب تركيز الجزائر على التنمية الاقتصادية وعلى تعاون دولي، يحترم سيادة الدول وخصوصيات المنطقة، ولكن نجاح هذا المقاربة يبقى مرهون بقدرة الجزائر على التغلب على العديد من التحديات، وفي مقدمتها تعقد الظاهرة الإرهابيات في المنطقة، وتدخل القوى الكبرى.

|f This study examines the Algerian role in the fight against terrorism in the Sahel region that represents the strategic depth of Algerian national security, following the dangerous activity and the large concentration of terrorist groups in this region. Algeria adopts an approach based on solving the complicated crisis of the region through a peaceful diplomacy, which it considers one of the most important tools to achieve consensus between the conflicting parties and to remove the danger of going through internal wars and opening the door to the growth of terrorism, extremism and external interference. Algeria also emphasizes the importance of cooperation between various African partners, especially within the framework of the African Union, which Algeria is working to activate its role through the mechanisms of the Council of Security and Peace and the Council of Elders. That is in addition to Algeria's focus on economic development and international cooperation, which respects the sovereignty of countries and the specificities of the region. However, the success of this approach remains dependent on Algeria's ability to overcome many challenges, foremost of which is the phenomenon of terrorism in the region, and the intervention of the major powers.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
