المستخلص: The study aimed to determine the impact of social support and self-efficacy upon the suitable therapeutic conduct among patients with chronic renal insufficiency.
The research sample included 10 cases of chronic renal insufficiency patients between 20 to 60 years of age.
The current study relied on the clinical methodological approach based upon the application of some standards/measures and studying the case according to the model of Ahmed Okasha, which enabled us to collect data on cases and study thoroughly and deeply the research problem.
The study concluded that there were several factors affecting therapeutic compliance among the research group, but that the underlying factors were social support and self-effectiveness.

L’objectif de cette étude est d'essayer de comprendre l’impact que peut avoir le soutien social et l'auto-efficacité sur la compliance thérapeutique chez les malades atteints d'insuffisance rénale chronique, l'échantillon comprenait 10 cas de patients souffrant d'insuffisance rénale chronique âgés entre 20.et60
ans L’utilisation de La méthode clinique basée sur l application de techniques (échelles, entretien clinique) et l’étude de cas selon le prototype d’Ahmed Okasha nous a permis de recueillir des informations concernant les cas et l’étude approfondie et exhaustive de la problématique.
L’étude menée auprès de l’échantillon a démontré que les malades atteints d'insuffisance rénale chronique mentionnent beaucoup de facteurs susceptibles d’influencer la compliance thérapeutique Toutefois, les facteurs qualifiés de facteurs principaux sont le soutien social et l'auto-efficacité.

هدفت الدراسة الى محاولة معرفة أثر كل من المساندة الاجتماعية والفعالية الذاتية على سلوك الملائمة العلاجية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن.
اشتملت عينة البحث على 10 حالات من مرضى بالقصور الكلوي المزمن يتراوح أعمارهم بين 20 و60 سنة.
تم الاعتماد في الدراسة الحالية على المنهج العيادي القائم على تطبيق بعض المقاييس ودراسة الحالة حسب نموذج احمد عكاشة، مما مكننا من جمع البيانات الخاصة بالحالات والدراسة الشاملة والعميقة لإشكالية البحث
وانتهت الدراسة الى هناك عدة عوامل تؤثر في الامتثال العلاجي عند مجموعة البحث الا ان العوامل الأساسية كانت تتعلق بالمساندة الاجتماعية والفعالية الذاتية.
