المستخلص: The current research aims to identify the relationship of character type “D” with the level of therapeutic suitability among asthma patients. To achieve this goal, a sample of 39 patients of both genders was selected. The following psychological battery scales were used: A personality pattern measure/scale “D” and a therapeutic suitability scale. After gathering the data and processing it, it was statistically treated, and we arrived at the following results:
1 - There is no negative correlation between the level of personality pattern “D” and the level of therapeutic suitability among asthma patients.
2 - There is no correlation between the level of the negative emotions dimension of personality pattern “D” and the level of therapeutic suitability among asthma patients.
3 - There is a negative correlation between the level of the social discontinuance dimension of personality pattern “D” and the level of therapeutic suitability among asthma patients.

La recherche actuelle vise à déterminer la relation entre type «D » de personnalité et le niveau de compliance thérapeutique chez les patients asthmatiques.
Pour réaliser le but de cette recherche , on a choisi un échantillon de 39 patients des deux sexes, et on a utilisé les tests psychologiques suivants : questionnaire type « d » de personnalité et échelle de compliance thérapeutique.
Après la collète des données, on a effectué une analyse statistiques qui nous a donné les résultats suivants :
1- il n’ y a pas une corrélation négative entre type « d » de personnalité et le niveau de compliance thérapeutique chez les asthmatiques.
2- il n y a pas une corrélation entre affectivité négative, dimension de type « d » et le niveau de compliance thérapeutique chez les asthmatiques.
3- il y a une corrélation négative entre inhibition sociale, dimension de type « d » et la compliance thérapeutique chez les asthmatiques.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين نمط الشخصية "د" بمستوى الملاءمة العلاجية لدى مرضى الربو. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة تتكون من 39 مريض من الجنسين، وتم استخدام بطارية المقاييس النفسية التالية: مقياس نمط شخصية "د"، ومقياس الملاءمة العلاجية. وبعد جمع المعطيات وتفريغها تم إجراء المعالجة الاحصائية وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:
1-لا يوجد ارتباط سالب بين درجة نمط الشخصية "د" ومستوى الملاءمة العلاجية لدى مرض الربو.
2- لا يوجد ارتباط بين درجة بعد الانفعالات السلبية لنمط الشخصية "د" ومستوى الملاءمة العلاجية لدى مرضى الربو.
3-يوجد ارتباط سالب بين درجة بعد الكف الاجتماعي لنمط الشخصية "د" ومستوى الملاءمة العلاجية لدى مرضى الربو.
