المستخلص: The problem of the study can be summarized in the decreasing of the number of small enterprises which are not consistent with the unemployment percentage. The study aimed at recognizing of the importance of small enterprises and its role of gender. Results showed that the main problems faced those enterprises were the Small revenue of those projects the difficulty of getting licenses the non-availability of production inputs , the high labor wages, problems of marketing and the fluctuation of products prices. Solutions from produces point of view were: to facilitate the process of getting licenses making the credit available, preventing monopolistic practices, reducing taxes and the integration between Small and Big enterprises. The study recommended to make marketing information available for producers and coordinating between small and big enterprises and to activate small enterprises as cooperative bodies.
