تشكل هذه الدراسة إنطلاقة أولية على طريق استظهار جوانب الحماية القانونية لبيئة العمل في التشريع المقارن, وقد تناولت فيها هذه الفكرة من خلال ثلاثة أفرع فبدأت بتحديد مفهوم بيئة العمل فضلا عن تحديد العوامل البيئية التي قد تؤثر على صحة العامل, وذلك في فرع أول, وفردت الثاني لدراسة الأحكام القانونية التي تضمنتها مستويات العمل الدولية والعربية فيما يتعلق بحماية بيئة العمل,وعالجت في الثالث أحكام حماية بيئة العمل في التشريعات محل الدراسة وهي التشريع الأردني والمصري والبحريني والسعودي. وفي ختام هذه الدراسة بأن لنا الدور الذي لعبته المواثيق الدولية والعربية وكذلك التشريعات – في الدول محل الدراسة – في التأكيد على أهمية حماية بيئة العمل وأهمية ضمان وجود بيئة عمل نظيفة وخالية من الملوثات وصالحة للعمل. \
This study was an initial breakthrough on the road to invoke aspects of the legal protection of the work environment in Comparative Legislation, which has addressed this idea through three branches, began to identify the concept of the working environment, as well as to identify environmental factors that may affect the worker's health, and in the first branch , and the second responded to study the legal provisions contained in the levels of international and Arab labor, with regard to the protection of the working environment, and the third dealt with in the work environment protection provisions in the legislation under consideration, the Jordanian and Egyptian legislation, Iran, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. At the conclusion of this study, we role played by international and Arab conventions, as well as legislation - in the countries under consideration - to emphasize the importance of protecting the work environment, and the importance of ensuring a work environment clean and free of contaminants and suitable for work. \
