المستخلص: خلص البحث إلي تعريف شاف وكاف للخطيئة لغة واصطلاحا وتطبيقاً للفروق اللغوية والمصطلحية لهذا المفهوم، واستقصي هذا المفهوم عند علماء الدين والمربين والفلاسفة والنفسانيين، وقف علي رؤاهم في المعالجات التي رأوها للخطيئة حسب اختصاصاتهم. ثم عرج البحث علي القرآن المجيد ليقف علي مصاديق مفهوم الخطيئة فيه، وتصدى لدراسة موضوعة البحث المحددة وهى سورة التوبة (البراءة) فعرض لأسمائها وأسباب نزولها وطبيعتها التربوية العلاجية للأمراض الاجتماعية التي تنخر جسد المجتمعات الإنسانية وتكاد تؤدى بها. فدقق البحث في تفاصيل أنماط الخطيئة كما وردت في الذكر الحكيم وبالذات في هذه السورة المباركة والتي قسمت وفق معايير خمسة: الكمي، النوعي، الجوهري، البيئي، التوبة.
وتصنيفاتها التي بلغت احد عشر معياراً، فعرض لها البحث مستشهداً بمصاديق لها في الذكر الحكيم وخاصة في سورة التوبة. وبعدها شخص البحث المعالجات التى حددتها السماء لتخليص الإنسانية من هذا الداء الوبيل فحددتها بصنفين: المعالجات التشريعية تقنينية متقدمة ومعالجات إجرائية رادعة وكلا الصنفين توزعت علي محورين: وقائية معنوية أو مادية واستشفائية علاجية وهذا الصنف تنوع على النحو الآتي.
معالجات معنوية-ربانية-روحانية-ومعالجات تربوية إنسانية وثالثة: إجرائية سلوكية وكانت استشهادات قرآنية عامة وهي الأقل وخاصة من سورة التوبة المباركة وهي الأكثر والأدق، آملين أن نكون قد وفقنا إلى وضع الأمور في نصابها العلمي الدقيق، وإذا أخطأنا فكل ابن آدم خطاء وخير الخطائين التوابون، فعذراً وألف العذر إلى الله سبحانه وتعالي ونبيه الكريم وأهل بيته الميامين صلوات الله عليهم وسلامه أجمعين والحمد لله رب العالمين

The research concluded with a clear and sufficient definition of sin in terms of lexicological, terminology and application of the linguistic and conceptual differences of this concept. And exploring this concept among theologians, educators, philosophers and psychologists, and their visions in the treatments they saw for sin according to their specialties. Then the research proceeded to the Holy Quran to study the foundations of the concept of sin in it, and the research addressed the study of the specific research topic. It is the surah of repentance (innocence) (سورة التوبة (البراءة. It presented reasons for its names and causes of their revelation and the therapeutic educational nature of social diseases that are gnawing the body of human societies and are almost killing them. The study of the details of the types of sin as mentioned in the Holy Quran, especially in this holy surah, which was divided according to five criterias: quantitative, qualitative, essential, environmental, repentance. And its classifications, which amounted to eleven criteria, the research presented it citing with its authentication in the Holy Quran, especially in the Surah of repentance. And then the research diagnosed the treatments identified by heaven to rid mankind of this terrible disease identified by two types: The legislative treatments are advanced techniques and deterrent procedural treatments and both categories were divided into two axes: moral or physical preventive and therapeutic remedies. This type is varied as follows: moral-spiritual- divine treatments, human educational treatments, and third: behavioral procedures. The Quranic citations were general, and they were the least, especially the holy surah of repentance, which is the most accurate. We hope that we have succeeded in putting things in the exact scientific order, and if we make mistakes, every son of Adam is prone to mistakes and the best of the two sinners are those who repent. We repent and seek forgiveness from Almighty Allah and his noble Prophet and his family, May Allah's prayers and peace be upon them all. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
