المستخلص: The investment climate is one of the important issues related to competitiveness in respect to attracting foreign direct investments as a primary source for financing investments in production and service economic sectors in light of the scarcity of domestic resources and, by extension, due to its direct impact in respect to absorbing unemployment, reducing the level of poverty in society, raising the standard of living of the citizen, increasing local production in light of the policy of diversifying the production base, replacing imports, and expanding the volume of exports, with the aim of achieving an economic surplus in macroeconomic balances, and thus achieving an increase in the rate of economic growth.

إن موضوع مناخ الاستثمار من الموضوعات الهامة المرتبطة بالقدرة التنافسية في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة كمصدر أساسي لتمويل الاستثمارات في القطاعات الاقتصادية الإنتاجية والخدمية في ظل ندرة الموارد المحلية وبالتبعية تأثيرها المباشر في امتصاص البطالة وتقليص نسبة الفقر في المجتمع ورفع مستوى المعيشة للمواطن وزيادة الإنتاج المحلي في ظل سياسة تنوع قاعدة الإنتاج والإحلال محل الواردات، والتوسع في حجم الصادرات بهدف تحقيق فائض اقتصادي في الموازين الاقتصادية الكلية، ومن ثم تحقيق زيادة في معدل النمو الاقتصادي.

La question un climat d'investissement est l’une des questions importantes liées à la compétitivité du pays à attirer les investissements étrangers directs comme source de financement des investissements dans les secteurs économiques productives et pour faire face à la pénurie de ressources locales ; ainsi que leur impact direct sur la diminution des taux de chômage et de réduire la pauvreté dans la société et d'améliorer les conditions de vie des citoyens, et l'expansion du volume des exportations en vue de réaliser un excédent économique au fur et à mesure, par conséquent d'accroître le taux de croissance économique.
