المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تكييف النصوص القانونية الخاصة بطالب الدكتوراه وفق الواقع الجزائري. وتناول البحث الموضوع من خلال ثلاثة نقاط تتمثل في أولها (الجانب الإداري) ويلاحظ فيه عدة أمور منها تحديد مهام لجنة التكوين في التخصص بأن يكون هناك تواصل بين فريق تكوين الماستر ولجنة التكوين في الدكتوراه. حيث يراعي عدد شهادات الماستر الموجودة على المستوي الوطني على أساس أنها مسابقة وطنية. وعدم تحديد عدد المترشحين المنتقين للمسابقة الكتابية بضعفي عدد المناصب المفتوحة على الأقل. كما ناقش الجانب البيداغوجي حيث يكون اقتراح الموضوع من المشرف علي الأطروحة وهذا لا يعني عدم تدخل الطالب بل هو الذي يختار المشرف ويتشاور معه حول الموضوع. وأخيرا الجانب المادي حيث أشار البحث إلى أنه يجب إدماج طالب الدكتوراه في فرقة بحث أو مخبر بحث لإنجاز أعمال البحث. والواقع يحيل حصول ذلك حيث تعاني المخابر من انعدام المقر أو عدم ملائمته. وأوصى البحث بضرورة أن تدفع لطالب الدكتوراه مكافأة على التعليم كل ثلاثة أشهر يسجل اعتمادها في ميزانية تسيير المؤسسة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The aim of the research was to clarify the adaptation of the legal texts of the doctorate student according to Algerian reality. The research dealt with the topic through three points. The first one is represented in the administrative aspect, including defining the tasks of the formation committee in the specialization, as there should be link between the master formation team and the formation committee in the doctorate by taking into account the number of master certificates existing at the national level as a national competition in addition to not limiting the number of candidates selected for the written competition to at least twice the number of open positions. Furthermore, the research discussed the pedagogical aspect as the supervisor of the thesis is the one who chooses the subject and this does not mean that the student has no right to share his opinion, as the student is the one who chooses the supervisor and consult with him about the subject. Finally, the research tackled the financial aspect, as the research indicated that the doctoral student must be integrated into a research team or research laboratory to complete the research work but this can't be occurred in real as the laboratories don't always exist or they are sometimes inappropriate. The research recommended that a doctoral student should be paid a bonus on education every three months, which should be recorded in the budget of the institution.
