المستخلص: يتمحور هدف المقال حول تبيان أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا الشبكات على أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية، إذ تمكن تكنولوجيا الشبكات هذه المؤسسات من تحسين إنتاجيتها، تفعيل إدارة الموارد البشرية ونظام المعلومات، التحكم في قوى المنافسة، تخفيض التكاليف، تسيير جيد للمعلومة والمعرفة، تحسين الاتصالات الداخلية والخارجية وتسهيل عملية اتخاذ القرار، دخول أسواق جديدة وزيادة رقم أعمالها. ولتحقيق استفادة مثلى من تكنولوجيا الشبكات لابد من اعتمادها كتوجه أساسي ضمن الاستراتيجية العامة للمؤسسة، تكوين متخصصين في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، تطوير تطبيقاتها وتحديثها باستمرار وإتاحتها لجميع الفاعلين بالمؤسسة وإحداث تعديلات وتغييرات تنظيمية تتماشى مع الوضع الجديد للمؤسسة.

The aim of this article is to demonstrate the impact of using network technology on the performance of Algerian small and medium enterprises. Network technology enables these institutions to improve their productivity, activate human resources management and information system, control competition forces, reduce costs, manage information and knowledge, improve internal and external communications, facilitate decision-making, entering new markets and increasing their work revenue. In order to optimize the use of network technology, it must be adopted as a basic approach within the overall strategy of the institution. It should develop IT professionals, develop and update its applications continuously and make them available to all the organization's actors and make changes and organizational changes that are in line with the new status of the organization.

L’objet de cet article est de montrer les conséquences de l’usage des Technologies de Réseaux sur la performance des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises algeriennes. Les technologies de Réseaux permettent des gains substantiels en vue de l’amélioration de la productivité de l’entreprise, un management efficace des ressources humaines et du système d’information, la maîtrise de la compétitivité, la réduction des coûts, une gestion rigoureuse des connaissances et des informations, l’amélioration de la communication interne aussi bien qu’externe, la prise de bonnes décisions, l’accès à de nouveaux marchés et le renforcement du pouvoir. Pour optimiser l’usage des technologies de Réseaux, l’entreprise doit: Mettre en place ces technologies, les instaurer comme système fondamental d’orientation dans le cadre d’une stratégie cohérente, former des spécialistes pour maitriser ces technologies, généraliser et actualiser leurs pratiques et instaurer des changements organisationnels compatibles avec la nouvelle structure de l’entreprise.
