Formation damage is a big concern in petroleum industry, that causes reduction in ’natural capability of a reservoir productivity, and it occurs near wellbore during drilling, completion, simulation, hydraulic fracturing and work over operations. Formation damage can be caused by various processes, chemical, physical, biological, and thermal interactions of the formation. The purpose of this study analyzing model indicates scale deposition by predicting productivity of reservoir, and compare spreadsheet results with Kappa Ecrin Saphir program software in order to compute scale effect on the flow performance for vertical and horizontal wells. |
