المستخلص: إن اشتداد المنافسة العالمية في الصناعة الصيدلانية المرتكزة على الابتكار التكنولوجي، خلقت المزيد من الضغوط على المؤسسات الآمرة، وبالتالي أصبحت بحاجة أكبر إلى المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المناولة من أجل تطوير منتجاتها وكسب أسواق جديدة. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على واقع المناولة الصناعية ومدى استفادة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المناولة من علاقات المناولة مع المؤسسات الآمرة من حيث تطوير الكفاءات التي تسمح لها بتحسين أدائها في الصناعة الصيدلانية في قسنطينة، وقد تم اختيار هذه الصناعة بسبب اهتمام الجزائر بتطويرها وكذا رغبتها في تقليص فاتورة الاستيراد، ولذلك فقد تم إجراء الدراسة في قطاع الصناعة الصيدلانية بولاية قسنطينة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تطبيق المناولة بالمؤسسات محل الدراسة منخفض والسبب في ذلك يرجع إلى العراقيل البيروقراطية ونقص فضاءات التواصل بين المتعاملين، وتوصي الدراسة أنه من الضروري تعزيز مكانة المؤسسات الصيدلانية المناولة في سلم أولويات الاقتصاد الوطني والترويج لها كونها مؤسسات مغذية ومكملة للمؤسسات الكبيرة.

The intensification of global competition in the pharmaceutical industry, which is based on technological innovation, has created more pressures on large institutions, and thus they become increasingly in need for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to develop their products and gain new markets. The purpose of this study is to identify the reality of industrial handling and the extent to which small and medium enterprises benefit from handling relations with large institutions in terms of developing competencies that allow them to improve their performance in the pharmaceutical industry in Constantine. This industry was chosen because of Algeria's interest in developing it and its desire to reduce imports . So, this study was conducted in the sector of pharmaceutical industry in Constantine. The study showed that the level of application of handling the institutions under study is low due to the bureaucratic obstacles and lack of communication spaces among the dealers. . The study recommends that it is necessary to strengthen the position of handling pharmaceutical enterprises in the national economic priorities and promote them as nurturing and complementary institutions for large enterprises.

L’intensification de la concurrence mondiale dans le domaine de l’industrie pharmaceutique centrée sur l’innovation technologique a engendré une plus forte pression sur les entreprises donneuses d’ordre, augmentant ainsi leur recours nécessaire aux moyennes et petites entreprises pour le développement de leurs produits et la création de nouveaux marchés. Le but de cette étude est de faire un portrait sur la situation actuelle de la sous-traitance industrielle et sur l’étendue de son utilisation par les petites et moyennes entreprises sous traitantes en matière du développement des compétences nécessaires à l’amélioration de leur performance dans le domaine de l’industrie pharmaceutique à Constantine. Le choix est porté sur cette industrie en raison de l’intérêt que l’Algérie accorde à son développement, visant à réduire la facture d’importation. A cet effet, l’étude est réalisée dans le secteur de l’industrie pharmaceutique à Constantine. Les résultats ont montré un faible recours à la sous-traitance dans la société, objet de l’étude. Ceci remonte aux obstacles bureaucratiques et au manque d’espaces de communication entre les agents économiques. L’étude recommande la nécessité de renforcer le statut des entreprises pharmaceutiques sous traitantes et leur accorder une place plus importante sur l’échelle des priorités de l’économie nationale, et les promouvoir autant qu’entreprises complémentaires et profitables pour les grandes entreprises.
