المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى أبعاد الهياكل التنظيمية في إدارات التربية والتعليم بمدينة بنغازي وعلاقتها بنشر ثقافة المعرفة من وجهة نظر الموظفين بها، وسيتم ذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات الأتية: \ 1. ما مستوى أبعاد الهياكل التنظيمية من حيث درجة (التعقيد، والمركزية، والرسمية) في إدارات التربية والتعليم بمدينة بنغازي من وجهة نظر الموظفين بيها؟ \ 2. هل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وصف أبعاد الهياكل التنظيمية بإدارات التربية والتعليم في مدينة بنغازي يمكن ان تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة (النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة المهنية، والمستوى الإداري)؟ \ 3. ما مستوي الاهتمام بنشر ثقافة المعرفة في إدارات التربية والتعليم بمدينة بنغازي. \ 4. ما علاقة أبعاد الهياكل التنظيمية في إدارات التربية والتعليم بمدينة بنغازي من حيث درجة (التعقيد، والمركزية، والرسمية) بنشر ثقافة المعرفة. \ تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الموظفين العاملين في إدارة التربية والتعليم بمدينة بنغازي، والبالغ عددهم (571) موظف وموظفة، خلال العام الدراسي 2013- 2014م، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالأسلوب العشوائي الطبقي النسبي، حيث بلغ مجموع أفرادها (200) موظف وموظفة. تم استخدام الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، حيث أشتمل على ثلاث أبعاد للهياكل التنظيمية، البعد الأول درجة التعقيد، وتكون من (15) فقرة، والبعد الثاني درجة المركزية، وتكون من (9) فقرات، والبعد الثالث درجة الرسمية، واشتمل على (15) فقرة، أما نشر ثقافة المعرفة فقد تكون من (12) فقرة، وبالتالي بلغ عدد فقرات الاستبيان بالكامل (51) فقرة. ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة استخدمت الحقيبة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وذلك باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والاختبار التائي (T- test)، وتحليل التباين الاحادي (One- Way ANOVA)، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. من خلال تحليل بيانات الدراسة اظهرت النتائج أن مستوى أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي مرتفع لدى الموظفين بإدارة التربية والتعليم في مدينة بنغازي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلاله (0.05) في مستوى أبعاد الهياكل التنظيمية بإدارات التربية والتعليم في مدينة بنغازي تعزي لمتغيرات الدراسة (العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة المهنية، والمستوى الإداري)، في حين اختلف مستوى أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي لدى الموظفين حسب متغير النوع فقط. وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن مستوى نشر ثقافة المعرفة كان مرتفع لدى الموظفين بإدارة التربية والتعليم بمدينة بنغازي. واظهرت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين مستوى أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي ومستوى نشر ثقافة المعرفة لدى موظفي إدارة التربية والتعليم في مدينة بنغازي.

The current study aimed to find out the level of the dimensions of the organizational structures in the departments of education in Benghazi and their relationship to spreading the culture of knowledge from the point of view of the employees. This will be done by answering the following questions. 1. What is the level of dimensions of organizational structures in terms of complexity, centralization and official levels of education departments in Benghazi from the point of view of the employees?
2. Are there any significant differences in the description of the dimensions of the organizational structures of the departments of education in Benghazi that can be attributed to the variables of study (gender, academic qualification, professional experience and administrative level?) 3. What is the level of care given to spreading the culture of knowledge in the departments of education in Benghazi 4. . What do the dimensions of organizational structures in the education departments in Benghazi in terms of degree (complexity, centrality, and official) have to do with spreading the culture of knowledge?
The study community consists of all the (571) employees employed in the Education Department in Benghazi during the academic year 2013-2014, and the sample of the study was selected in a relatively random stratified method, with a total of (200) male and female employees . The questionnaire was used as a means of data collection, with three dimensions of organizational structures: the first dimension, the degree of complexity, It consists of (15) paragraphs, the second dimension is the centrality degree, and consists of (9) paragraphs, and the third dimension is the official degree, and it includes (15) paragraphs, while the dissemination of the culture of knowledge consisted of (12) paragraphs. Consequently, the full number of paragraphs of the questionnaire was (51). . For the analysis of the data of the study, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used, using arithmetic averages, standard deviations, (T-test), mono- variation analysis (One- Way ANOVA), and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Through the analysis of the study data, the results showed that the level of dimensions of the organizational structure is high among the employees of the Department of Education in Benghazi
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the level of dimensions of the organizational structures of the departments of education in Benghazi due to the variables of study (age, academic qualification, professional experience and administrative level) The level of dimensions of the organizational structure of the staff varied by gender variable only. The study found that the level of dissemination of knowledge culture was high among the employees of the Department of Education in Benghazi. The results showed a strong correlation between the level of dimensions of the organizational structure and the level of dissemination of knowledge among the staff of the Education Department in Benghazi.
