|f The study is based on the definition of the phenomenon of coercion in the contemporary international system and the methods that govern it, trying to approach the concept and its different dimensions on the relationships of the international system's actor and its implications. It is practiced by States and international bodies in order to influence the positions of countries with which they differ by creating political and psychological attitudes that help change the behavior of those countries and the ability to make the desired change in the outcome of the events, positively by obtaining what the practitioner wants for the actions of coercion and to refrain from doing any undesirable actions by him. The study concluded that the methods and means of coercion in the contemporary international system are a phenomenon that governs the relations of groups and states, whose meanings and interpretations vary according to the times of our international system.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تقوم الدراسة على التعريف بظاهرة القسر في النظام الدولي المعاصر والأساليب التي تحكمه، محاولة الاقتراب من المفهوم وبأبعاده المختلفة على علاقات فواعل النظام الدولي وانعكاساته؛ حيث تمارسه الدول والهيئات الدولية بهدف التأثير على مواقف الدول التي تختلف معها عن طريق خلق مواقف سياسية ونفسية تساعد على تغيير سلوك تلك الدول، والقدرة على احداث التغيير المطلوب على نتائج الاحداث، إيجابا بالحصول على ما يريده الممارس لإجراءات القسر من أعمال. وسلبا بالامتناع عن القيام بأية اعمال غير مرغوب فيها من قبله. وانتهت الدراسة الى ان أساليب ووسائل القسر في النظام الدولي المعاصر ظاهرة تحكم علاقات الجماعات والدول، تتعدد معانيه وتفسيراته باختلاف الازمن التي يعاصرها نظامنا الدولي.
