520 |b This study tackles the issue of women's positions within the high Bureaucratic level in the ministry of tourism. It starts basically from the assumption that women's hiring in the top Bureaucratic positions is generally limited compared to men's hiring. This problem was extensivly poesed within the Islamic rule of muslem brotherhood after the 25th of jaunuary revolution 2011. What is basically focal to the study is the situation of the women's top level positions in the ministry of tourism. Thereby this study aims at examining this situation by answering the questions: to what extent does women's working in the ministry of tourism face bias in the leadership positions? And to what extent did the Muslim brotherhood rule affect women's leadership hiring in the ministry of tourism? By using the interview technique of data collecting with a number of women positioned leaders in the ministry of tourism, the study concluded that contrary to the other ministries, the ministry of tourism doesn't bias against the working women in the leadership positions. Many reasons explain that: the modernized nature of tourism, the approximate equal number of women to men in the ministry, the dependence on merit system in promotion, and the women centered tasks of the ministry positions which need particularly women like public relations. However, many administrative obstacles face working women in the ministry tourism specially being on equal treatment in Hag missions or in medical treatment. The study also concluded that no fears of the Muslim brotherhood rule on women's situation of leadership positions in the ministry of tourism. That is due to the secular nature of the ministry tasks, besides the islamic ruling party didn't replace the technocrat minister of tourism "Hesham Zazo" who is paragamitic Pragmatic Technical.
