المستخلص: Aujourd’hui l’entreprise - l’organisation - soumise à la pression de l’ouverture sur le marché mondiale et à une concurrence de plus en plus aigue, prenant conscience de la nécessité cardinale de l’effort d’intégration de nouveaux savoirs et méthodes d’activité, et surtout de l’investissement dans l’information et des nouvelles technologies de communication pour atteindre ses objectifs. Grace aux progrès en technologie de l’information, les entreprises peuvent aujourd’hui recueillir, traiter, stocker et diffuser un nombre énorme des informations, et toutes ces opérations s’effectuent de plus en plus rapidement et à un cout raisonnable à travers des différents nouveaux systèmes d’informations décisionnels utilisés pour l’aide à l’amélioration et l’efficacité de la prise de décision.

تخضع المنظمة اليوم إلى ضغوط الانفتاح على السوق العالمي وعلى منافسة تزداد حدتها يوماً بعد يوم، أخذاً بعين الاعتبار ضرورة إدماج المعارف وطرق النشاط الحديثة، وخاصة الاستثمار في المعلومات وفي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من أجل تحقيق أهدافها. ونتيجة التطور الذي تعرفه هذه التكنولوجيا تستطيع المنظمات اليوم استخدامها في عدة مجالات من نشاطها، من أجل جمع وتخزين ومعالجة البيانات ونقل عدد كبير من المعلومات وفي وقت قصير، والاستفادة منها خاصة في عملية اتخاذ القرار من خلال مختلف نظم المعلومات القرارية الحديثة المستخدمة في المساعدة على تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرارات وتفعيلها.

Today, the Organization is under pressure to open up to the global market and increasingly intense competition, taking into account the need to integrate knowledge and modern methods of activity, especially investment in information and information and communication technology (ICT), to achieve its objectives. As a result of the development of this technology, organizations can use it in several areas of their activity, in order to collect, store and process data and transmit much more information in a short time, and benefit from it, especially in the decision-making process through various modern decision information systems used to help improve and operationalize decision-making process.
