المستخلص: The study was led with a reason to examine the impacts of training and development on Islamic Banks’ Performance in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The method for this study consisted of an analysis of two industry perspectives to ensure a multidimensional insight. The results explored the relationship between different factors such as training methods, amount of training available, retention and recruitment, job satisfaction, employee empowerment in programs design, employee willingness, and selection criteria resulting in the overall impact of training and development. The findings of the study concluded that training and development absolutely impact Islamic Banks’ Performance.
