هدفت الدراسة إلي معرفة واقع دور التربية في تنمية القدرات القيادية لدعم المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العمانية، والإفادة من نتائج هذه الدراسة لصناع القرار في سلطنة عمان في تنمية المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العمانية، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع النساء اللاتي يمارسن المشاركة السياسية في محافظة مسقط، عددهن حوالي 950 امرأة وقام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية، بلغ عددها (150) امرأة، من المجتمع الأصل. واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، وتم قياس صدقها بعرضها علي مجموعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين بلغ عددهم (12) محكما، حيث تكونت الاستبانة بصورتها النهائية من (73) فقرة، ولمعرفة ثبات الأداة قام البحث بقياس ثبات أداة البحث من خلال معامل الاتساق الداخلي للأداة وفق معامل ألفا كرنباخ، حيث بلغ (96.5%). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي عدد من النتائج أبرزها: تدني مستوي دور المؤسسات التربوية في تنمية القدرات القيادية لتعزيز المشاركة السياسية للمرأة العمانية، واقتصارها علي جوانب مثل التعليم ومحو الأمية دون اهتمامها بالمقابل بالقضايا المتصلة بالثقافة السياسية، وتطبيقاتها في الواقع العملي والسياسي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بالتالي: -تنشئة المرأة في إطار الأسرة علي قيم الحوار وإبداء الآراء والديمقراطية والعدل والمساواة والتشارك لدي الجنسين. –التوسع في تناول قضايا المشاركة السياسية وأهمية الشوري من خلال المقررات الدراسية والمحاضرات والأنشطة المدرسية والجامعية. –تقديم خطاب ديني واقعي يسهم في إزالة الفوارق بين الرجال والنساء، وتمتين روابط التكامل والمشاركة في الحياة العامة. –تنظيم حملات إعلامية للتوعية بالتكامل بين الجنسين، وتعزيز صورة المرأة ودورها في عملية التنمية وإبراز دورها في تولي المسؤوليات والسلطة، علي مستوي المنزل ورعاية الأطفال. –تشجيع سياسة مشاركة المرأة في الحياة العامة من خلال المنظمات الاجتماعية والنسائية.
The study aimed to find out the reality of the role of education in the development of leadership capacity to support the political participation of Omani women, and benefit from the results of this study to the decision-makers in the Sultanate of Oman in the development of women's political participation in Oman. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the study population consisted of all women who are engaged in political participation in the governorate of Muscat, in number about 950 women and the researcher choose a stratified random sample, the number is (150) woman, from the community of origin, and the researcher used the questionnaire, to achieve the objective of the study, was measured sincerity to the attention of a group of experts and specialists numbered (12) arbitrator, where formed resolution in its final form (73) paragraph, and to see the stability of the tool by the research measured the stability of the search tool through the coefficient of internal consistency of the tool according to the coefficient alpha Krnbach, where the (96.5%). The study found a number of results, most notably: - The low level of the role of educational institutions in the development of leadership capabilities to enhance the political participation of Omani women, and limited to aspects such as education, literacy, without interest in the other hand, issues related to the political culture, and its application in practice and policy. The study recommended the following: - The upbringing of women within the family on the values of dialogue and express opinions, and ervice to others, democracy, justice, equality, and sharing in both sexes. - Expansion in addressing the issues of political participation and the importance of the Shura through courses, lectures, school activities and university. - Provide a realistic religious discourse contributes to remove the differences between men and women, and strengthen the links of integration and participation in public life. - Information campaigns to raise awareness of the complementarity of the sexes, and enhance the image and role of women in the development process, and to highlight their role in assuming responsibilities and authority, at the level of the home and the care of children. - To encourage the participation of women in policy public life, through social organizations and women's groups.
