المستخلص: تعد الاسرة الوسط المباشر الذي يحيط بالشخص منذ تاريخ ميلاده، ولها دور هام في توجيه وتحديد الملامح الأساسية لنوع النمط السلوكي الذي ينتهجه عبر مراحل نموه. ويتوقف نوع النمط السلوكي المنتهج من طرف الأبناء على أداء الابوين لدورهما داخل الاسرة، فاذا قصر أحدهما أو كلاهما في وظائفهما الاسرية نتج عن ذلك انحراف الأبناء وانتهاجهم للسلوك الاجرامي، ولذلك كان العديد من الإباء كانوا السبب في دخول أبنائهم مؤسسات إعادة التربية والتاهيل.

La famille est le centre direct qui entoure la personne depuis sa naissance, et joue un rôle important dans l'orientation et la détermination des caractéristiques types de son comportement qu'il suivra tout au long de sa vie.
Le comportement stéréotype des enfants dépend sur la performance des parents à leur rôle au sein de la famille. Si l'un ou tout les deux défaillent à leur fonctions familiales, cela abouti à un comportement criminel de l'enfant .De nombreux parents sont la cause de pousser leurs enfants a joindre des établissements de rééducation et de réadaptation.

The family is the immediate center that surrounds a person from the date of birth. It has a vital role in guiding and defining the basic features of the type of behavioral pattern that he adopts throughout his development. The type of behavioral pattern adopted by the children depends on the parents' performance of their role within the family. If one or both of them fail in their family functions, this results in the deviation of the children and their pursuit of criminal behavior. Consequently, many parents were the reason for their children entering re-education and rehabilitation institutions.
