Un groupe devrait faire le bien, mais la mesure de son succès est selon sa coopération avec les autres. Le service social est originaire de l'ancienne à travers le fonds de la dotation qui a élargi et organisé et est devenu une science basée sur des principes, des règles, présenté par des associations et des institutions, des organisations avoir des objectifs clairs où les arabes et les musulmans ont pu réussir et aller trop loin que les autres au domaine de la solidarité sociale. Cette recherche montre le jugement de la création d'association, et d'institution de charité sociale à l'Islam , et montre également son originalité dans la société arabe et islamique, et qu' elle est plus tôt dans la présence d'organismes de bienfaisance dans l'Ouest ; comme elle montre également l'importance de l'intégration et la corrélation des ONG (organisations non gouvernementales) contemporaines avec l'Awqaf islamique qui doit être réactivé, investi dans tous les domaines de la vie. La recherche assure aussi l'activation de l'institution contemporaine du Awqaf par des nouvelles formes et méthodes modernes, et sur la nécessité d'une coordination communs, et la communication les canaux de coopération entre l'Awqaf et les ONG, pour établir des projets sociaux et de développements exhaustifs, alors que l'Awqaf doit soutenir les gouvernements qui ne pourraient pas réaliser certains services sociales directement à cause de certaines lacunes.

فعل الخير والإحسان ضرورة لبقاء الجماعة واستمرارها وسادتها، وقد يقوم بعض الأشخاص منفردين بذلك إلا أن عملهم يكون محدودا وضعيفا وضيقا: خدمات مادية بسيطة فردية؛ وقد تقوم به فئات مجتمعة، فيتوقف مدى نجاحها على مدى قوتها وتساندها فيما بينها. وقد استطاع المسلمون أن يسبقوا غيرهم بأشواط بعيدة المدي في مجال التكافل الاجتماعي، يدفعهم إلى ذلك طلب الرضا من الله تعالى، والفوز باليوم الآخر، وخدمة أفراد مجتمعهم. نشأت الخدمة الاجتماعية منذ القديم من خلال مؤسسة الوقف التي توسعت ونظمت، وأصبحت علما قائما على أسس وقواعد، تقوم به جمعيات ومؤسسات منظمة، لها أهداف واضحة، وتشرف عليها وزارات حكومية أو منظمات إقليمية ودوليه. يبين هذا البحث حكم إنشاء الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية الاجتماعية الخيرية في الإسلام، كما يبرز أصالتها في المجتمع العربي والإسلامي، وأنها أسبق في الوجود من الجمعيات الخيرية في الغرب، كما يبين أيضا مدى ترابط الجمعيات والمؤسسات الأهلية المعاصرة بالوقف الذي يجب إعادة تفعيله واستثماره في كافة مجالات الحياة، وأهمية تكاملها معه في الوقت الراهن. كما يؤكد البحث على أهمية تفعيل المؤسسة الوقفية الحالية، من خلال أساليب جديدة معاصرة، وعلى ضرورة توفير قنوات التنسيق والاتصال والتعاون الوثيق بينها وبين الجمعيات الأهلية، من أجل إقامة مشاريع اجتماعية وإغاثية وتنموية شاملة، بحيث يمكن للوقف من خلالها أن يدعم الحكومات التي قد لا تستطيع تنفيذ بعض الخدمات بشكل مباشر لوجود بعض الثغرات، وأن يوطد تأثيره في اهتمامه الأساس الذي هو محاربة الفقر وتوفير الامن الاجتماعي، والرقي والنهوض بالأمة من جديد.

Doing good and charity is a necessity for the survival and continuation of the community and its heads. Some people may do this alone, but their work will be limited, weak and narrow: simple individual material services. They may be done by groups collectively, the success of which depends on how strong and mutually supportive they are. The Muslims have been able to take long steps ahead of others in the field of social solidarity. They are motivated to do so by asking Allah to be pleased, success on the Last Day, and serving the members of their community. The social service was established since ancient times through the Waqf Foundation, which expanded and organized and became a science-based on foundations and rules, carried out by organized associations and institutions. It has clear objectives and is supervised by government ministries or regional and international organizations. This research explains the ruling on the establishment of charitable, civil society associations and institutions in Islam. It also highlights their authenticity in Arab and Islamic society, and they are more preexisting than charitable societies in the West. It also shows the extent to which contemporary civil society associations and institutions are linked to the Waqf, which must be reactivated and invested in all spheres of life, and the importance of their integration with it at the present time. The research also emphasizes the importance of activating the current Waqf institution through new contemporary methods, and the need to provide channels of coordination, communication and close cooperation between it and NGOs, to establish comprehensive social, relief and development projects. The Waqf can support governments that may not be able to implement some services directly because of some gaps, and strengthen its impact on its primary concern, which is fighting poverty, providing social security, progress and the advancement of the nation again.
