المستخلص: يتتبع هذا البحث دعوى "موت المؤلف" في الهرمنيوطيقا الغربية بالتحليل المعمق والنقد المفصل الذي تصبح معه الرؤيا واضحة حول إمكانية تطبيق هذه المقولة في مجال تفسير القرن الكريم من عدم ذلك. وبغية الوصول للهدف المرجو اختار البحث التركيز على أصول هذه الدعوى وجذورها الفلسفية في محاولة لاكتشاف الإشكالية الحقيقية الباعثة على انتاجها؛ هل هي ضرورة منهجية محضة الى صياغة قاعدة إجرائية مفادها "موت المؤلف"، أم انها إشكالية عقدية تمس بقداسة النص القرآني وتعيق الطريق اما فهم سليم لآياته.

This research deals with the claim of the “death of the author” in Western Hermeneutics with in-depth analysis and detailed criticism which make the vision clear about the possibility of applying this saying in the field of interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, in order to reach the desired goal. The research chose to focus on the origins of this claim and its philosophical roots in an attempt to discover the real problem that led to its production. Is it a purely systematic need to formulate a procedural rule considering that “the death of the author or is it a nodal problem that affects the sanctity of the Quranic text and hinders a better and proper understanding of its verses.

Dans cette petite recherche, on parle de la « mort de l’auteur » dans L’herméneutique occidentale, avec une analyse approfondie et une critique bien détaillée, cela laisse une bonne vision sur la possibilité de l’application de cet appel dans l’interprétation du Coran ou non. Afin d’arriver à l’objectif recherché, cette étude à mis en évidence les origines de cet appel et ses racines philosophiques en recherchant le vrai problème qui mène à le produire; est ce que c’est une nécessité méthodologique à formuler une règle de procédure qui est « la mort de l’auteur », ou c’est un problème nodale qui touche la sainteté du Coran et qui entrave la bonne compréhension de ses versets.
