هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الأساليب اللازمة لتنمية مهارات الكتابة الإبداعية لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي، والوقوف على مستوى تمكنهم من أساليب تنمية مهارة (الطلاقة، والمرونة، الأصالة، الإثراء بالتفاصيل) ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الخاصة بمستوى تمكن معلمي اللغة العربية من أساليب تنمية مهارات الكتابة الإبداعية تعزى إلى (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) وقد تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي، حيث صممت أداة للدراسة (بطاقة ملاحظة) اشتملت على(18) أسلوبا من أساليب تنمية مهارات الكتابة الإبداعية؛ وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وطبقت خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول لعام 1434-1435 ه، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (27) معلما من معلمي اللغة العربية للصف السادس الابتدائي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تمكن معلمي اللغة العربية من أساليب تنمية مهارات الكتابة الإبداعية لكل من مهارة الطلاقة، والمرونة، والأصالة، والإثراء بالتفاصيل كانت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مجموعتي فئتي المؤهل العلمي لصالح من يحملون مؤهل الماجستير فأعلى، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند أي مستوى من المستويات الإحصائية المعروفة بين مجموعتي فئتي سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، ومن أبرز التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: ضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية مهارات الكتابة الإبداعية؛ وذلك من خلال التدريب المستمر أثناء الخدمة، ومن قبل إدارات التربية والتعليم المختصة بذلك، وتطوير منهج اللغة العربية من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم؛ بحيث تركز أهدافها وأساليب تدريسها على تنمية مهارات الكتابة الإبداعية.
The study aimed at identifying methods that are necessary for the development of creative writing skills among sixth grade students , and standing on the level of mastering methods of skill development (Fluency, flexibility, originality, enrichment with details , and to know if there are statistically significant differences between the means of Arabic language teachers mastering levels of methods for the development of creative writing skills attributed to (qualifications and years of experience). A descriptive approach has been used , where an instrument was designed for the study (observation card) which included (18) styles for the development of creative writing skills , after verifying the validity and reliability of this instrument , and this instrument was administered during the first academic semester for the year 1434-143 H. The sample of the study consisted of (27) sixth grade Arabic language teachers , and frequencies, percentages, averages , standard deviations , and Mann-Whitney Test were used to analyze the data of the study. Results of the study showed that Arabic language teachers` level of mastering methods for the development of creative writing skills for fluency, flexibility, originality, enrichment with details was moderate , and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups of academic qualification in favor of those who hold a master`s degree and above , and there were no statistically significant differences at any of the known statistical levels between the two groups of years of experience. The study concluded the following main recommendations: the need for the development of creative writing skills through continuous in-service training , competent departments of education , and the development of Arabic language curriculum by the Ministry of Education. where the objectives and teaching methods of this curriculum should focus on the development of creative writing skills.
