المستخلص: This study aimed to diagnose the reality of membership system in the Faculties of Education Humanities and preparation parameters primary Princess Nora girl Abdul Rahman University, in addition to identifying the causes of students dropping out of membership system, and identify the difficulties faced by students join the faculties of Education Humanities and the preparation of primary school teachers, and to identify any statistically significant differences brown study sample responses about the difficulties they face due to the following variables: the college, and the school band. And come up with proposals to improve the quality of membership from the standpoint of who joined the system, the study followed the descriptive approach (survey), and reached the study sample (157) student affiliates, and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study and designed according to three themes: the causes of school enrollment system, and the difficulties faced by the students association and proposals Affiliation improve system from the viewpoint of women members. The study results indicated that there is a big difference between the number of enrolled at the beginning of the school year and the number of successful, is an indication of the presence of wasting educational large, and the factors that force the student to join the affiliation system focuses on family circumstances by (47.1%), followed by lack of university study in the region by (46.5%). Complained proportion (84.1%) of respondents said the absence of support means and to help understand the decision. She also noted (77.7%) of the sample that there is a gap between them and a member of the teaching staff, where rare meeting and communicate them, and confirmed the proportion (75.2%) the absence of induction courses enrollment system, and unanimously sample rate (85.4%) on that they do not have difficulty with electronic debugger.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع نظام الانتساب في كليتي التربية الأقسام الأدبية وإعداد المعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، إضافة إلى التعرف على أسباب تسرب الطالبات من نظام الانتساب، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه طالبات الانتساب بكليتي التربية الأقسام الأدبية وإعداد معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، والتعرف على أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة إزاء الصعوبات التي تواجههن تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: الكلية، والفرقة الدراسية. والتوصل إلى مقترحات تحسين جودة نظام الانتساب من وجهة نظر المنتسبات، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (157) طالبة منتسبة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وصممت وفق ثلاثة محاور هي: أسباب الالتحاق بنظام الانتساب، والصعوبات التي تواجه طالبات الانتساب ومقترحات تحسين نظام الانتساب من وجهة نظر المنتسبات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك فرق كبير بين عدد المقيدات في بداية السنة الدراسية وعدد الناجحات، وهذا مؤشر على وجود هدر تربوي كبير، أما العوامل التي تجبر الطالبة للالتحاق بنظام الانتساب تركز على الظروف الأسرية بنسبة (47.1 %) ويليها عدم توفر الدارسة الجامعية بالمنطقة بنسبة (46.5 %) واشتكت نسبة (84.1%) من أفراد العينة غياب الوسائل المساندة والمساعدة على فهم المقرر. كما أشارت (77.7%) من العينة أن هناك فجوة بينهن وبين عضو الهيئة التعليمية حيث يندر اجتماعهم وتواصلهم بهم، وأكدت نسبة (75.2 %) غياب الدورات التعريفية بنظام الانتساب، وأجمعت أفراد العينة بنسبة (85.4 %) على أنهن لا يواجهن صعوبة مع المصحح الإلكتروني.
