L’O. N.U. joue un rôle central dans l’ensemble fort diversifié des mécanismes institutionnels. Mais, elle souffre de plusieurs défiances. En plus, elle ne possède pas de moyens financiers suffisants en matière d’environnement. Il est impératif, donc, d’activer le rôle confié aux Nations Unies, afin qu’elles puissent assurer une meilleure protection de l’environnement, et mettre fin aux problèmes environnementaux qui menacent notre planète. The United Nations Organization plays an important role in the field of environment. However, all its efforts remain in sufficient, The United Nations Organization suffers from many problems such as insufficient financial resources. This is why strengthening the United Nations' s role in protecting environment is very important in order to ensure a better protection of environment, and to solve the problems which threaten our planet. تقوم منظمة الأمم المتحدة بدور ريادي في مجال صياغة نظام قانوني لحماية البيئة والمحافظة عليها. ورغم كل ما تبذله المنظمة من جهود، مازالت البيئة تشهد تدهورا متزايدا يوما بعد يوم؛ حيث تعاني المنظمة من صعوبات وعوائق تحول دون تأديتها لمهامها على أكمل وجه. وعلى رأس هذه الصعوبات والعوائق نقص التمويل الكافي لإدارة المشكلات البيئية ومعالجتها؛ فبات لزاما اليوم إعادة النظر في الدور المنوط بها، والسعي لتفعيله، حتى يتسنى لها تحقيق حماية فعالة للبيئة، ودرء مختلف أشكال التعدي عليها. |
