المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المؤسسات الصناعية في عملية التنمية المحلية، التي تعد ركيزة أساسية للوصول إلى أهداف التنمية الوطنية الشاملة التي تتطلب حشد جميع الطاقات المادية والبشرية، والاهتمام بجميع القطاعات. ولأجل ذلك، قمنا بدراسة واحدة من أهم المؤسسات الصناعية على مستوى ولاية قالمة، وهي مؤسسة مجمع عمر بن عمر التي تعد قطبا صناعيا بارزا. توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن قيام مؤسسات الصناعة الغذائية من شأنه تشجيع القطاع الفلاحي إلى جانب إمكانية دعم وأنشاء صناعات متنوعة في الولاية.

This study aims to highlight the role of industrial companies in the local development process, especially as the latter is considered as an essential support for achieving national development objectives by mobilizing all the human and material potential of all economic sectors. For this reason, we studied the Amor ben Amor Group which is one of the most important industrial groups in Guelma province. The study revealed a number of findings; the most important is that the food industry can become a driving force to develop the agricultural sector and to promote the implementation of a variety of complementary industries in the province.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle des sociétés industrielles dans le processus du développement local qui est un pilier fondamental pour atteindre les objectifs nationaux du développement en mobilisant toutes les potentialités matérielles et humaines de tous les secteurs économiques. Pour cette raison, nous avons étudié le Groupe Amor ben Amor qui est l’un des plus importants pôles industriels de la wilaya de Guelma. L'étude a révélé un certain nombre de résultats dont le plus important est que l'industrie agro-alimentaire peut devenir une locomotive pour développer le secteur agricole et la mise en place d'une variété d'industries complémentaires dans la wilaya.
