L’élargissement vers l’Est représente l’une des stratégies les plus importantes suivies par l’Union Européenne en vue d’unifier les différentes politiques entre l’Est et l’Ouest de l’Europe. Malgré l’intégration de plusieurs pays de l’Europe Centrale et Orientale, le sujet de l’adhésion de la Turquie est toujours en négociation. La présente étude a pour but d’analyser l’adhésion de la Turquie à l’UE dans le cadre de son élargissement vers l’Est. A ce jour, la Turquie n’a pas pu convaincre l’UE pour son adhésion malgré des améliorations concrètes dans tous les domains. La décision d’acceptation est restée dépendante de plusieurs considérations historiques, politiques, démographiques et religieuses. Cette étude propose des perceptions probables liées au parcours de négociations. The enlargement to the East is one of the strategies followed by the European Union in order to unify the various policies between Eastern and Western Europe. Despite the integration of several countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the subject of the accession of Turkey is still under negotiations. This study aims to analyze the accession of Turkey to the European Union in the framework of its enlargement to the East. Until today, Turkey has not been able to convince the EU to join it despite its known improvements, while the acceptance decision depends on several considerations, namely, historical, political, demographic as well religious. At the end of this study, perceptions related to these negotiations have been proposed. يعتبر التوسع نحو الشرق من أهم الاستراتيجيات التي اتبعها الاتحاد الأوروبي لتوحيد مختلف السياسات بين شرق أوروبا وغربها، فعلى الرغم من انضمام العديد من الدول الشرقية والوسطى، بقيت المفاوضات مع تركيا قائمة. ومن هذا المنطلق، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل موضوع انضمام تركيا إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي في ظل توسعه نحو الشرق، فإلى غاية اليوم لم تتمكن تركيا من إقناع الاتحاد الأوروبي بفكرة انضمامها، رغم التحسن الكبير الذي حققته على جميع الأصعدة. وظل قرار قبولها من الدول الأعضاء مرهونا بالعديد من الاعتبارات التاريخية، والسياسية، والديمغرافية والدينية. وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة بوضع تصورات محتملة لمسار المفاوضات. |
