هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على برامج التعليم غير النظامي في وزارة التربية والتعليم. حيث أشارت إلى ان المفهوم العام للتعليم غير النظامي يشير إلى الأنشطة التعليمية المستمرة والمنظمة ذات المدد مختلفة الأطوال. والتي لا ينطبق عليها تعريف التعليم المنظم لأشخاص من مختلف الأعمار. ومن الممكن أن يتم تنفيذ هذا التعليم داخل المؤسسات التعليمية أو خارج نفوذها التقليدي للحصول على أمر لاستدراك متطلبات تعلمية تحظي بالاعتراف والمشروعية.واوضحت أن برامج التعليم غير النظامي وتعليم الكبار في وزارة التربية والتعليم تشتمل على عدة برامج منها برنامج تعليم الكبار ومحو الأمية وبرنامج تعزيز الثقافة للمتسربين وبرنامج الدراسين غير النظاميين أو الدراسات المنزلية وبرنامج الدراسات الصيفية وبرنامج الدراسات المسائية وبرنامج التعليم الاستدراكي. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على ان التعليم غير النظامي حظي بأهمية كبيرة في الأردن لإسهامه في جعل الفرص التعليمية والتثقيفية المتاحة فرصا تواكب المتغيرات الاجتماعية كما تعمل علي جعل الشباب قادرا على ان يعمل بجد ويؤثر في النسيج الاجتماعي من خلال امتلاكه واكتسابه المعارف والمهارات والقدرات الفكرية الملائمة لتلبية احتياجاته. وعلى الرغم من الجهود الكبيرة التي قامت بها وزارة التربية والتعليم في مجال التعليم غير النظامي وتعليم الكبار وخفض نسبة الأمية تمهيدا للقضاء عليها إلا أنها تطمح في المزيد من البرامج والفعاليات التي تسهم في القضاء على هذه الأفة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العناية والاهتمام بالتعليم غير النظامي لدوره البارز في إعداد القوي البشرية وتزويد سوق العمل بحاجاته من العمالة المدربة المؤهلة. ومواكبة كل ما يستجد في عالم العلم والمعرفة. وضرورة الاهتمام بفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والإعاقات والتركيز عليهم وتقديم الدعم لهم ومحاربة الأمية المنتشرة لدي هذه الفئة من المجتمع.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The present study aimed to identify the non-formal education programs in the Ministry of Education. As it referred to that the general concept of the non-formal education refers to the continuous and the organized educational activities of varying duration, which does not apply to the definition of the organized education for persons of all ages. This education can be implemented within the educational institutions or beyond its traditional influence in order to achieve the recognition and the legitimate educational requirements. It explained that the programs of the non-formal education and the adult education in the Ministry of Education includes several programs, including the Adult Education and the Literacy Program, the program of the informal studies or home studies, the summer course studies program, the evening studies program and the remedial education program. The results confirmed that the informal education has been of great importance in Jordan for its contribution in making the available cultural and educational as opportunities that keep up with the social changes and to make the young people able to work hard and affect the social fabric by acquiring the appropriate knowledge, skills and intellectual abilities to meet their needs. Despite the great efforts made by the Ministry of Education in the field of the informal education, the adult education and the reduction of the illiteracy as a preparation to its elimination. It aspires to more programs and events that contribute to the eradication of this vermin. The study recommended the importance of care and attention to informal education for its prominent role in preparing the manpower and providing the labor market with the needs of the qualified trained workers, and keep the abreast of what is new in the world of science and knowledge, and the need to pay attention to the category of people with special needs and disabilities, focus on them and support them and the fight against the illiteracy prevalent in this category of society..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
