هدف المقال الحالي إلي الكشف عن ماهية العنف الأسري والتعلم الاجتماعي. حيث أشار إلى ان العنف بشكل عام والعنف الأسري بشكل خاص يعد من أشد أنواع التجارب خطورة على الفرد من الناحيتين النفسية والاجتماعية. وتكمن خطورته في أن آثاره لا تقتصر فقط على نتائجه المباشرة. بل تتعدي ذلك إلى النتائج غير المباشرة المتمثلة في علاقات القوة غير المتكافئة داخل المجتمع والأسرة والتي غالبا ما تحدث خللا في نسق القيم واهتزازا في نمط الشخصية خاصة عند الأطفال والمراهقين. وارتكزت المقالة على مفهوم العنف وتعريفاته حيث انه على الرغم من الاتفاق على ان العنف ظاهرة توجد في كل المجتمعات الإنسانية، الا ان الذين اهتموا بدراستها اختلفوا في صياغة التعريفات وفق الزاوية التي ينظر منها الباحث أو اتساعها وتبعا للنظرية التي يؤمن بها. والعنف اللغوي والتعريف الاصطلاحي للعنف والذي يحمل ثلاثة اتجاهات اتجاه يتضمن تعريف العنف قانونيا بوصفه الاستعمال غير القانوني لوسائل القسر المادي والبدني واتجاه مفهوم المنظور الاجتماعي، واتجاه من وجهة نظر علماء النفس. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن مشكلة العنف الأسري ترتبط بالعديد من العوامل والمتغيرات الفردية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية والبيئية. كما ان مؤسسات المجتمع المدني مطالبة بحمل جزء من مسؤولية مكافحة العنف الأسري وجميع المؤسسات ستبقي مدانة إذا ما تخلت عن الاضطلاع بهذا العبء فأثار العنف الأسري السلبية لا تنعكس على الأسرة وحدها بل تمتد لتطال المجتمع والدولة على حد سواء.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The purpose of this current article is to uncover the nature of domestic violence and social learning. It pointed out that violence in general and domestic violence in particular are one of the most serious types of experiments on the individual, psychologically and socially. The danger of this violence consists in that its effects are not limited to its immediate consequences, but also to the indirect consequences of unequal power relations in the society and the family, which often result in an imbalance in the values and confusion in the personality pattern, especially in children and adolescents. The article is based on the concept of violence and its definitions, despite the agreement that violence is a phenomenon that exists in all human societies, but those who cared to study differed in the formulation of definitions according to the angle of the researcher or the breadth and depending on the theory that believes in it. It also addressed the linguistic violence and the terminological definition of violence, which carries three directions: a direction that includes a legal definition of violence as the illegal use of the material and physical coercion, the direction of the social perspective, and a direction from the point of view of the psychologists. The results confirmed that the problem of domestic violence is linked to many factors and individual, social, economic, psychological and environmental variables. The civil society organizations are required to take a part of the responsibility to combat the domestic violence and all institutions will be condemned if they fail to carry out this burden, because the negative consequences of the domestic violence are not only reflected on the family but also on society and the state.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
