المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاغتراب النفسي والسلوك العدواني لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض. بالرغم من أنها لم ترقى بعد لمستوى الخطورة، إلا أنها في ظل إيقاع سرعة الحياة وتعقيدها تشهد ازديادا وتعتبر الدراسة كإنذار مبكر حتى نتمكن من التصدي لها. بلغ حجم العينة العشوائية (250) طالبة من المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض، وقد تم استخدام منهج معامل الارتباط، ومقياس السلوك العدواني والعدائي لدى المراهقين والشباب [1]، ومقياس الاغتراب النفسي لدى المراهقين والشباب [2] وكانت أبرز نتائجها: وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاغتراب النفسي والسلوك العدواني، وعدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين طالبات الصف الأول والثالث المتوسط فيما يختص بظاهرة الاغتراب النفسي. وعدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين طالبات الصف الأول والثالث المتوسط للسلوك العدواني. من أهم توصيات الدراسة: تشجيع الطالبات للانخراط في البرامج الثقافية والاجتماعية والرياضية، ضرورة التعاون بين الأهالي والهيئات التعليمية لإيجاد بيئة دراسية إيجابية، وإعداد برامج تربوية تخفف السلوك العدواني وحدة الاغتراب.‪‪

This study aimed to realize the relationship between psychological alienation and aggressive behavior among female student at intermediate schools in Riyadh. Though the problem is not consider as a phenomenon but its importance increasing due to complication and speed of life. The study therefore, can be considered as an early warning to the efforts facing the problem. To achieve the study objectives, descriptive analytical approach and statistical analysis was applied to a random sample consist of (250) female student from intermediate school in Riyadh city. Two scales were used: the aggressive behavior scale and the psychological alienation scale. The most important results of the study are: There were a statistically significant relationship between psychological alienation and aggressive behavior, there were no statistical significance differences between the responses of the first grade and the third grade female student regarding the dimensions of the psychological alienation scale, there were no statistical significance differences between responses of the first grade and third grade female students regarding the dimensions of the aggressive behavior scale. In light of the findings the study presented a number of recommendation: encourage female student to participate in social, cultural and sport programs, co-operation between public and academic institutions to create a positive student’s environment, designing educational programs to reduce alienation and aggressive behavior among students.
