المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة الحوار في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، والوقوف على معوقات ممارسة الحوار في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، وتحديد وسائل تعزيز الحوار في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية. (بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود لمرحلة البكالوريوس وعددهم (1242) طالباً، وطلاب الدراسات العليا (الماجستير والدكتوراه) في الكلية وعددهم (1024) طالباً، وتم اختيار عينة بنسبته (20%) من مجتمع الدراسة. وكانت الاستبانة هي أداة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مماًرسة الحوار في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود كان بدرجة عالية، وتمثل ذلك في (أن الحوار يتم في جو من الاحترام المتبادل بين المتحاورين، وكذلك أن المتحاورين يعتقدون بأن الحوار وسيلة للوصول إلى الحقيقة، وينصفون بحسن الاستماع، وأنه يتم توجيه الحوار نحو تحقيق الهدف منه)، وكان من أهم معوقات الحوار من وجهة نظر أفراد الدراسة (كثافة المقررات الدراسية، وكذلك خوف المحار من الانتقادات، إضافة إلى خلو الخطة الدراسية في الكلية من مقرر متخصص في الحوار، وقلة الأنشطة الثقافية داخل الكلية، وكذلك غموض مفهوم الحوار لدى المتحاورين)، وكان هناك موافقة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على وسائل تعزيز الحوار في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، ومن أهم تلك الوسائل (مساعدة الطالب على كسر الرهاب الاجتماعي والخوف من الحوار مع الآخرين، وكذلك تدريب الطلاب على حسن الاستماع والإصغاء، إضافة إلى تشجيع الحوار المباشر بين الطالب وعضو هيئة التدريس داخل الكلية، وإقامة دورات تدريبية داخل الكلية تعنى بتنمية الحوار، وكذلك تشجيع الطالب على تقبل الآراء المخالفة).

The study aimed to recognize the reality of the practice of dialogue in the College of Education, King Saud University, and stand on the obstacles to the exercise of dialogue in the College of Education, King Saud University, and to identify ways to enhance dialogue in the College of Education, King Saud University, as well as to identify statistically significant differences in the study sample responses due to the variable phase of study (Bachelor, Graduate), the study used a descriptive method (survey), and the study population consisted of students from the Faculty of Education at King Saud University for undergraduate and numbered (1242) students, and graduate students (Masters and PhD) in college and the number (1024) a student, was chosen as a sample pro rata (20%) of the study population, The resolution is a study tool, The study results, including: that the practice of dialogue in the College of Education, King Saud University, was a high degree, and represent it in (the dialogue is in an atmosphere of mutual respect between the interlocutors, as well as the panelists believe that dialogue is the way to get at the truth , and it is characterized by good listeners, and it is directed dialogue towards achieving the goal of it), and it was the most important obstacles to dialogue from the viewpoint of members of the study (the intensity of the curriculum, as well as fear axes of criticism, in addition to free tuition plan at the College of the decision of a specialist in the dialogue, and the lack of cultural activities within the college, as well as the ambiguity of the concept of dialogue among the interlocutors). There was approval of the study sample on ways to enhance dialogue in the College of Education, King Saud University, and most important of these methods (help students break down social phobia and fear of dialogue with others, as well as training students on good listening and listening, as well as to encourage direct dialogue between the student and a faculty member within the College, and the establishment of training courses within the college concerned with the development of dialogue, as well as encouraging students to accept dissenting views).
