المستخلص: The study aims to demonstrate the impact of poverty and unemployment in the threat of civil peace, through search the concept of civil peace, poverty and unemployment and causes of and raised by. The importance of civil peace has been shown is the need of the five necessities in the purposes of islam, which has to be secured for each of belonging to a community of individuals, Although the problem of poverty and unemployment from the global economic problems facing communities which have repercussions In all aspects of life and is at the same time of the most important threats to civil peace and that the doctrine of the Islamic economic feet holistic treatment of the problem of poverty and unemployment in a manner contributing to the preservation of civil peace. This result is due to the excellence Sunnah and unique methodology in the treatment of poverty and unemployment. Research has recommended that the revival of the financial acts of worship among the Islamic community applications, and the need to embrace the idea of the state of small and medium enterprises and handicraft all of this to be a mechanism contributing to the treatment of poverty and In this paper, we describe the formatting guidelines for GJEB Journal Submission. تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان أثر الفقر والبطالة في تهديد السلم المدني، وذلك من خلال بحث مفهوم السلم المدني والفقر والبطالة وأسبابهما وأثارهما، وتتبع الهدي النبوي في معالجة ظاهرة الفقر والبطالة باعتبارهما إحدى أهم مهددات السلم المدني، وبيان الحلول الوقائية والعلاجية لهما، وتقدير تلـك الحلول من وجهة نظر الاقتصاد الإسلامي على نحو يسهم في الحفاظ على السلم المدني ويحقق الأمان الاجتماعي. وقد تبين أهمية السلم المدني وهـو ضرورة من الضرورات الخمس في مقاصد الشريعة والتي لابد من تأمينها لكل من ينتمي للمجتمع من أفراد، وإن مشكلة الفقر والبطالة من المشكلات الاقتصادية العالمية التي تواجه المجتمعات والتي لها انعكاسات على الحياة بكافة مناحيها وتعد في ذات الوقت من أهم مهددات السلم المدني وإن المذهب الاقتصادي الإسلامي قدم علاجا متكاملا لمشكلة الفقر والبطالة على نحو يسهم في الحفاظ على السلم المدني، وهذه النتيجة مردها إلى تميز السنة النبوية ومنهجيتها الفريدة في علاج الفقر والبطالة. وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة إعادة إحياء التطبيقات الإسلامية للعبادات المالية في أوساط المجتمع، وضرورة تبني الدولة لفكرة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والحرف اليدوية كل ذلك ليكون آلية تسهم في علاج الفقر والبطالة والحفاظ على السلم المدني والأمن الاجتماعي.
